Disappointing experience with the front desk staff. His attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I didn’t feel welcomed during check-in, and any questions or requests were met with rudeness or disinterest. It felt like I was bothering him just by asking for basic assistance. The front desk sets the tone for a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this left a very negative impression.

Room was very clean with laminate flooring and large washroom. Bed was very comfortable. Basic hotel. Depending on rate there may be better options with other hotels offering breakfast or more services.

A practical and convenient stay in Kamloops An affordable and well-appointed stay in Kamloops. A good central location with easy access to many locations. This hotel is a solid offering for the price with a good basic kitchen set-up. As others have noted the lack of coffee machines in the rooms is odd, or at least a kettle. Front desk staff were responsive to requests. I would also say a bit more could be done to organize the parking with the hotel to improve the convenience for larger vehicles (e.g. ask smaller vehicles to park in the back and larger vehicles could then maneuver more easily into the front stalls (the back was very tight once many cars were parked there). There is some highway noise but in general the neighbourhood was quiet and the stay was comfortable.

I have stayed here multiples times now . Staff are also friendly and the rooms are clean. It has a great location close to lots of restaurants and amenities and it’s right off the highway. Will definitely continue to stay here every time I’m in town.

Amazing experience. Neat and clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice city view. Easy check in process. Pillows were soft and fluffy. Quiet rooms and pet friendly room options available too.
