Room was big enough with AC, Microwave and refrigerator in it. Location was good as there was a shopping mall nearby. Also Tim Horton is on walking distance. Carpet of the lobby was not clean. Room carpet was a bit cleaner than the lobby one

While the room itself was fairly clean, there was a lingering smell of cigarette in the room that did not quit.
The location is very convenient and we had no issues with the staff whatsoever.
We'd have enjoyed our stay a lot more without the above noted smell.

rooms are dirty, parking lot is even worse, drunk people outside all the time and they charge 30$ a day pet fee not a deposit. surprising this place even aloud to be opened.

I really appreciate the front desk staff spraying some air freshener in our room after I told them is smelled heavily of cigarettes, the air freshener / neutralizer they used worked wonders I appreciate that

We just stayed one night. as soon as we open the door we felt a bad smell in the room , even the bed sheets were smelling.

I like the location.
I want happy with all the smokers sitting by every door and window on every floor (3 of them). The jacuzzi suite smelled because of the old carpets and furniture. The walls were patched and not painted and I ran the jets in an empty bath just in case... The amount of crap that came out of them was not good and I switched rooms to one I could at least try and get clean in.
All the walls really need to be washed, there's good and drinks down a lot of them. The broken fixtures, old furniture, bedding, carpets and painting could definitely be updated but they probably won't so they should start charging less

Great overnighter for very reasonable price!
Great location. Costco 3 blocks away for gas and Tim's across the street for coffee.
Room very spacious and overall clean. Good fridge and microwave. Comfy beds.
Motel seems to cater to blue collar workers but they were quiet at night and gone very early.
I've stayed here often over the years and no complaints.

It had a weird smell and the window was broken. The air conditioner had so much dust on the slats we couldn’t turn it on for fear of blowing it everywhere. The bed was comfortable but that’s about all I can say was good about the room.
