It was nice and quiet, the room was comfortable.
We worried a bit because the room´s door didn´t lock, unless we were inside and used the latch. You could easily in and out without the card, which found it very odd. We let the reception know.
It was nice that even though the pool was under repair, we were able to use the pool next door; the kids were happy.

Pretty average American standard lodge/hotel. We only stayed one night. The rooms were big but felt run down. The washroom was clean so that was good.

We stayed for 1 night. It took some time to check in at around 4:30 pm. The front desk person took a bit to register the small group ahead of us.
The room was clean and spacious but we found it dark specially in the bathroom. The bedside lamp with the plugs initially didn't work. But we figured out that the plug it was plugged in wasn't working so we switched the alarm clock plug with the lamp plug and it worked. We were able to charge our phones finally.
The AC works well using the thermostat on the wall.
The gym was nice. But there's no pool unfortunately. The patrons will have to forever use the pool across in the other building.
The breakfast included was just so-so. The space for breakfast was really crammed. Unfortunately, there was no freshly made waffles or pancakes or bacon or sausages. The lady that was attending breakfast didn't clean the tables at all. The tables were still dirty when we were checking out of the hotel.
Our stay was comfortable. We were able to get a later check out time thankfully. We might stay here again. I'm hoping the breakfast offerings will include waffles or pancakes and bacon or sausages in the future. And clean tables. That'll be wonderful!

The front staff were great. The room was adequate, nothing special and even a little dirty. The gym was Disgusting! No towels, no water, no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment before and after use. YECH!
There were very few rooms to choose from for this date, and we were not impressed with this choice.

The hotel doesn't have much eye appeal, but sleep was good and so was the price. It's more of a motel than a hotel. The hotel is right off the highway and a 10 minute drive to downtown Kamloops. There are gas stations, restaurants, and a mall nearby. It's in an area filled with many other hotels. The rooms feel worn but the beds were very comfortable. The walls are thin but we had no noise problems. The morning continental breakfast was good enough and the staff keeps up with stocking, cleaning very well.
