Everything is fine, except for this curtain, which has gaps at the top and bottom and does not block out light. It is bright in the room at 5 o'clock, and I can't sleep well.

Stopped over here for 1 night on our way through to Whistler. Everything was what we needed. The kids had a nice time in the outdoor pool and we had a nice time in the hot tub. Nice size room to sort out our cases, very clean, and a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning had everything we needed. Can't complain about a thing.

Stayed for one night on our journey home. Had originally booked the wrong date through a third party and were advised by them we couldn't cancel as it was non refundable. Contacted the hotel direct and was advised on the procedure to cancel. The hotel spoke to the third party and accepted our cancellation. We then booked direct with the hotel. We were very pleased with the assistance given to us by Diyita, we could not have done it without her help. She went above and beyond to assist us and we were very grateful for her kindness. Overall we were pleased with our room and the cleanliness. Breakfast was included and tasted good. On checking out, the young man assisting at the counter offered to help us carry out our luggage. All the staff we encountered, were very helpful and friendly.

We wanted a hotel that wouldn't break the bank, just a clean and quiet place to sleep at the end of a long day. Had a very quick check-in and despite the location our room was very quiet and comfortable. Didn't think much of the buffet breakfast, but it was included so no reason to really complain. Staff seemed friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was man in der Ausstattung sieht. Es liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Fahrstuhl, so dass man die Koffer die Treppe hoch tragen muss, wenn man in der ersten Etage untergebracht ist.
Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und alles in Einwegverpackungen. Ebenso Einweggeschirr und Besteck. Das sollte man mal ändern.
