We loved this hotel, staff went above and beyond, they were so kind.
The bar downstairs, amazing sushi restaurant outside made things even better.
Only suggestion would be to provide plates and cutlery in the rooms with kitchenettes and the pool needs some attention.

The room was spacious and comfortable for three adults and one child. It was equipped with kitchenware, allowing for simple dining. The entrance door required considerable effort to open, and the bathroom lock was broken, making it difficult to use. Hair was stuck to the side of the shower curtain where it met the wall, making it difficult to use. The air conditioning was effective, adjusting the room temperature quickly.

Arrived for one night stay after disembarking the Rocky Mountaineer. We decided not to do the second leg of the train to Vancouver the following day so we asked Jack on reception that evening to assist us in informing the Rocky Mountaineer staff. He went out of his way to help us and also made us laugh with his great sense of humour. He even gave my husband an ice pack because he had an injury from a fall on a trek the previous day. He could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were extremely comfortable and we had the best nights sleep since arriving in Canada 10 days ago. Breakfast was good and the waitress was very friendly.

The elevator wasn’t working. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Room as such was ok. The manager was super rude and arrogant. We had booked for bed and breakfast for 4 guestsHowever, they gave coupons for 2 guests. Then the restaurant staff said they can accept this coupon for 25 dollar worth of food. The manager jumped to say that it’s not his problem. The third party “scammed”. He was yelling and screaming. So unprofessional.
