the staff have no clue or care about customer experience. the hotel is neta but the view is terrible. there is no point in having a breath taking view next to the hotel. the hotel has not made use of it at all in anyways. the food was on but overall experience was bad

Service by the staff was excellent. Especially Suma was very helpfull. Recommend the restaurant. The best in Kalpetta. Top place for breakfast and dinner. We did not stay at the hotel. Rooms need attention. Cleaning and renovation. I will certainly Come back

We were here at this hotel for few hours only…just a stop over while going to another resort…the rooms are good, neat and clean. Break fast was very good, all staff are good. Since it’s a city hotel nothing much to do here, for a stop over it’s a best option
