Чудесный вид из окна на реку и собор в дали.

Прекрасное расположение. После многочасовой прогулки приятно провести время в СПА-комплексе. Единственный минус - дорогие завтраки.

Единственный плюс отеля - великолепное расположение. Из минусов: Большой отель с кучей людей и тонкими стенами, слышно соседей, сложно спать. Серые бесконечные коридоры похожи на тюрьму. Ремонт слегка изношен. Вместо предоплаченного номера с видом на собор и площадью 45м нам дали маленький номер с видом на квадратную колонну и спальней-пеналом. Спа-зона с бассейном переполнена. Сауны неплохие, а вот в бассейн, кишащий людьми, я залезть не рискнула. Завтрак нормальный, на 4зв, но и здесь ноу хау - для экономии дают только десертные тарелки

Приобрели пакетное предложение на сайте отеля " Медовый месяц" и остались вполне довольны. Были небольшие моменты при заселении, дали номер, который был не заявлен в брони. В течение, получаса нас переселили в номер , с видом на реку, который, категорией выше. Номер соответствует твёрдым 3 звёздам. Чистый, но ремонта уже требует и замены полотенец тоже ( они чистые, но уже просятся на замену), но, если быть не слишком притязательными, вполне сносно. Дальше только приятные моменты. В первый день от отеля была доставка фруктовой тарелки и бутылки достойного игристого. В пакет входил часовой балийский массаж для каждого. Мастера из Бали, предельно корректны и ненавязчивы. Массаж великолепен. Все дни проживания в отеле каждый гость может посещать Спа-зону и бассейн. Несмотря на компактную эргономику, в ней предусмотрено всё необходимое. Персонал гостиницы вежлив и предупредителен. Так сложилось, что в отели мы отметили свои дни рождения и от отеля, совершенно неожиданно, получили комплимент, фрукты и 2 бутылки игристого. Приятно, что подарок вручили утром за завтраком. Кстати, завтраки тоже включены в спец.предложение. Отдельно про завтраки. Приятно завтракать, смотря на красивое витражное окно и баловать себя разнообразием выбора и вкусным кофе. Есть и каши, и сыры, паштеты, хумус, омлеты, всевозможные нарезки и много чего другого- на любой вкус. Для безлактозников есть каши на миндальном молоке. Месторасположение отеля - сердце города и излюбленное место гостей города. Удобно, романтично, аутентично. Нам понравилось всё, а маленькие недочёты.....мы про них и не вспомнили.Рады, что выбрали "Кайзерхоф". И кстати, на сайте отеля в разделе: Акции, есть пакетные предложения, которые очень приятны , как для релакса, так и для грамотного ведения семейного бюджета. Давайте будем объективны, этот отель с натягом четыре звезды. Очень обычный номер со средним качеством сна. Косметика и душевая обычного качества. Ресторан очень и очень среднего качества, сервис ужасный, официанты жутко тормозят, почти всегда приносили блюда одновременно, салаты и горячее. Вообще, ощущение было, как будто я откатился на 15 лет назад. Убранство и атмосфера как в нулевых.

Отмечали НГ в этом отеле с семьёй. Сказать, что это худший НГ это ничего не сказать. Шеф повару отдельный привет, частично прилагаю фото, не было желания устраивать фотосессию его блюд. К слову, за 4 человек было заплачено 88000 рублей, эта "Карнавальная ночь" и половины этой суммы не стоит! Плюсов от проведения праздника не было от слова совсем. И этот отель позиционирует себя как отель 4 звезды в одном из самых туристических мест "Рыбная деревня". Полное разочарование ,организация на самом низком уровне ,что может быть. Детское меню можно описать двумя словами "гнилая морковка", был принесен стаканчик с овощами, внутри стакана были нарезаны дольками овощи, морковка с перцем были испорченные и это для маленького ребёнка!!! Нет слов, за такой праздник нужно возмещать моральный ущерб.
