From the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable service throughout our visit, everything was beyond expectations. All over experience was just a like your comfort place at home.will recommend all traveller to visit this piece of legend for piece of mind. All staff are very courteous and the cleanliness and ambience is just mind blowing. Must try their different cafes and dining also

The worst hotel with no levels of compassion or hospitality with special mention of the manager Mr. Anand. Booked a standard room little knowing that the room is in the lower basement with zero ventilation and impossible for a senior citizen with Parkinson's and gait issues to reach as it requires one to go down 2 flights of stairs. No where there is any mention of standard rooms being in the lower basement on their websites which Mr Anand claims is there though unable to show me any proof of it till I had left the hotel and writing this review. After making us wait for 2 hours got 2 rooms at an additional cost of ₹3250.. money making scheme to extort extra cash from guests.. completely unethical and unprofessional behavior of the manager. NEVER GO HERE OR DONT BOOK A STANDRAD ROOM even though there are other standard rooms available u will get a cowshed, storage in the name of a standard room..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I checked in to Mayfair Himalayan spa Resort Kalimpong with my family to celebrate the New Year Eve, it was mandatory to book the room with Gala Dinner for 31st December 24, i must say it was worth it to book the room ***** with gala dinner, the music was to the beat i almost felt like dancing to each song , the food was excellent, starters were being fried in front of you, they had put many live counters(both veg and non veg) you could let them know what you want and how you want, they prepared as per you, main course was inside the restaurant, desserts were mouth watering.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for a New Year’s celebration. It was in close proximity to major city attractions, local nightlife, and, of course, the iconic New Year’s Eve events. Customer service at 31st Night Hotels was top-notch. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. From a smooth check-in process to helping with event recommendations, the hospitality made a big impact on the overall experience. The real highlight was the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel organized a fantastic countdown party with live entertainment, a gourmet buffet offerings. It was a great mix of fun and class, offering something for everyone — from families looking for a fun event to groups wanting to dance the night away. There was a stunning view of the fireworks which added a magical touch to the entire evening. Considering the location, the quality of service, and the festive atmosphere, the 31st Night Hotels provide excellent value for money, especially if you're planning to spend New Year’s Eve at the hotel.

The highlight of the night was, of course, the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel had arranged a spectacular gala dinner with live music, a DJ, and a lavish buffet that was a feast for the eyes and the stomach. There was an excellent selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts—everything from fresh food to decadent pastries. The atmosphere was vibrant, with guests mingling, dancing, and enjoying the festivities. At midnight, there was a countdown.
