All the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. I enjoyed the hot spring. This is a good place to visit.

We went there on May Day. The whole family was woken up by the heat at around 3:00 a.m. and didn't get a good night's rest. It was cool outside and the windows were open, but the air conditioning was ineffective. Not only was there no cold air, there was no air supply. The structure of the house meant that there was basically no air coming in, and it was stuffy and uncomfortable. The waiter just said that we hadn't turned on the air conditioning yet... I didn't get a good night's rest.
