As a family of five, we had an unforgettable vacation at Turtle Beach Hotel. The friendly and attentive staff gave us a warm welcome and ensured our stay was relaxing and comfortable. A special mention goes to Rajesh, who took excellent care of us, especially when it came to helping us choose the best dishes. His recommendations and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning – right on a beautiful natural beach with turquoise waters and soft white sand. It was perfect for all of us, from the youngest to the adults. The beach is peaceful and safe, making it ideal for families. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all our tastes – from local specialties to kid-friendly options. Thanks to Rajesh’s guidance, we enjoyed fresh seafood and a range of culinary treats we might have otherwise missed. Turtle Beach Hotel is a perfect choice for families, combining comfort, natural beauty, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return!

Situation exceptionnelle avec charme Sri Lankais, parfait pour se reposer quelque jour après un circuit au calme. Personnel adorable et les massages de Chandrani très professionnel. Nourriture excellente sauf la viande mais on est au pays du poisson et des fruits de mer. Les chambres à l’étage avec balcon très bien. C’est propre, mais des petits détails dans les coins à la salle de bain sont oubliés et le meuble en bois commence à dater.

We booked a single night in September as we travelled from Ella to Galle. It’s a little gem of a hotel. The whole place is a little dated but the room was big and a had balcony with an ocean view. The staff were amazing and quite funny, and it was great to speak with Fernando the chef. The food at dinner was excellent, especially the black pork curry, and it was exceptionally good value. I’d definitely consider staying longer next time we’re in Sri Lanka.

Lovely hotel, the most friendliest of staff! The hotel is new so expect some glitches but other than minor things - great! we paid a great price, and definitely were pleased with what we got. Location is great since it’s a bit removed from the center. Allowing you some peace and quiet in the evening when traveling with kids.

We had the most relaxing stay at Turtle Bay Resort. Staff , food, beach, pool, and room were all welcoming and comfortable. Went on a gentle early morning bird watching boat experience in the adjacent wet land which we also highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to stay here, it is an amazing small hotel. Wonderful wild beach and plenty of shady areas in the garden with loungers. Tea and snacks brought with smiles! Prawns to die for served beside the pool lit by glittering fairy lights. Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Dawn boat ride at the bird sanctuary a must and fishing harbour very interesting. Both 5 minute walk away. Love to all at Turtle Bay.
