I spent two days in Kaili and chose to stay in the city. It was very convenient for traveling to and from Langde Miao Village, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Market, so there was no need to stay in the scenic area. The hotel was excellent in every way, and there were no price hikes during the National Day holiday. It was very quiet and the sleep was very comfortable.

❌不推薦入住：存在多項硬件與服務缺陷
‼️本次入住210房間，發現酒店在衞生、安全、設施及餐飲方面均存在嚴重問題，體驗極差。
1. 衞生狀況堪憂：基礎清潔嚴重不到位，挪開床鋪可見櫃子角落積存厚灰。
2. 設施多處損壞：
房門故障無法正常開合，且在開門時被尖鋭門邊劃傷腳部。
房間內無Wi-Fi，電視無法使用，床頭座機也是壞的，與前台溝通後告知無法解決。
3. 安全隱患巨大：房間庭院設計缺陷，可輕易翻越至相鄰院落，人身與財物安全無保障。

環境：獨門獨院，鬧中取靜，緊挨博物館和州醫院
服務：前台小姐姐很好説話，提出的要求都解決了，尤其驚喜的是大堂吧書架上的書都是真的，可以隨意翻閲，還可以帶回房間去看

住過這家酒店N 次，因為有停車場，方便，之前都住大床房，覺得製冷制熱都比較ok ，衞生和裝修也不錯。之前有一次住大床房，燈半夜突然一閃一閃，半夜聯繫前台告訴我是接觸不良，後面也沒再管了，雖然前台提出半夜換房型，就懶得折騰了。
最詭異的是這次住的二樓206花園房，進門就感覺很壓抑，味道很重。開了很久的空調才散開，因為我也不想折騰，沒有聯繫前台，覺得是自己想多了。半夜睡了一個小時就醒了，空調開製冷也很悶，一直熬到天亮，開着燈的，感覺周圍有人盯着自己的感覺。花園也很詭異，圖片是我半夜隨手拍的，白天也拍了一張。第二天我家小孩就發燒了。
我一直以為我想多了 直到我看到評論另外一個人也再説詭異的這個問題，有很多差評都説燈接觸不良。
挺好的酒店，希望老闆重視一下客户感受

大大超出預期的酒店！房間很乾凈，服務很不錯，設施也挺齊全。位置尤其好，緊鄰博物館，走着過去幾分鐘就到了。另外旁邊的火鍋店也很有性價比，下次有機會還來。👍👍👍🤔
