This hotel stay was wonderful! The owner of the hotel is so kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and well located, not far from long distance bus station. The breakfast is great and there room is quiet and comfortable. Would absolutely book again 😊

酒店位置不錯，新開業的，沒有任何氣味，很不錯。空調也比較給力。不足的是，礦泉水開過一瓶，客房服務應該檢查沒有到位，還有就是浴室洗澡漏水，搞的房間等下都是水，反正泡爛地板是老闆的不是我的😄

訂前看到是2024年才新開業的，擔心房間有裝修的氣味。結果到房間完全沒有新裝修房子的氣味，非常好。説明設施材料應該都是用的環保材料。還有一點必須要説的是，他們的房間還準備得有消防逃生器材（圖5），值得點贊

整個房間乾乾淨淨的，前台小姐姐梅子服務態度特別好，甚至客房服務員和餐廳服務員態度也賊棒，房間有小度，都不用自己動手，第一次入住甚至還想再住幾晚 吃這裏的早餐，可惜時間不給力

先説好的地方，酒店給免費升級了房間，而且前台直接把新房間的房卡送到手裡而不是讓下去拿，缺點就是酒店在服務方面很缺失，1/酒店既然在頁面上標示了下午茶並且有具體提供的內容就應該按照承諾給到，而不是找理由找藉口推脱，2/酒店的早餐價格是52元/位，而且如果另外訂購早餐的也是這個價格，但是早餐提供的東西根本達不到這個標準，3/房間衞生做的不到位，洗手池上的水龍頭有攆糊糊的東西，服務員解釋是前面客人的牙膏留在了水龍頭上，所以也不知道客房部主管會不會服務員打掃完房間後會核查，4/房間裏的洗浴用品不夠跟服務員要，會給別人使用過衹有半瓶的洗浴用品，上崗前沒有培訓嗎？寫那麼多衹是想讓後面想訂這個酒店的要慎重，謹慎選擇，關鍵是指出問題後，酒店沒有覺得自己做的不到位，服務行業開門做生意，應該是一個什麼樣服務意識，具體看照片

帶孩子們到石阡水樂園，沒有在温泉區訂上合適的房子，改訂到這家離水樂園8公里的酒店，兩間房，一個1.8大床和一個1.5的床，帶一個大大的陽台，房價才198，性價比槓槓滴，30多歲的老闆非常熱情，在等候入住時邀請喝本地功夫茶。孩子們在水樂園玩得很嗨，要求明年還要到水樂園玩，我們還住這家酒店

這次旅行選擇的這家酒店真是太棒了!從踏入酒店開始前台工作人員就很熱情，還主動給我介紹周邊好吃好玩的地方，像朋友一樣，讓我感受到當地人熱情，推薦的地方味道都很贊，房間佈置蠻好，，乾淨整潔得無可挑剔。床鋪柔軟舒適，睡覺都很踏實，像在家一樣。還在四樓用了晚餐，味道都很贊，出行卻也便利。下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家!

寵物友好酒店，環境打掃的很乾凈，房間佈局合理，隨身攜帶的東西十分方便擺放，浴室很寬敞，花灑水非常大，洗頭洗澡都很舒服，洗衣房也很方便，臨走小姐姐還給我裝了些零食方便我們在高速上補充能量。
