在衢州吃了第一頓又鹹又辣又油的必吃榜第一名給搞怕了，聽説開化菜才是衢州菜天花板於是緊趕慢趕來到了金鳳凰，想看看這個上過央視號稱白金級民宿和特級廚師家到底是怎麼樣的，菜又是不是名副其實呢？第一天的開化清水魚果然毫無土腥氣而且透出清甜鮮香、自然的魚肉底子，滿滿一大碗湯和魚肉給吃了個一乾二淨，連小狗都聞着味趴着不肯走，忍痛割愛給了些挑了刺的魚肉。於是信心大增請老闆娘親自給安排了第二天的午餐。人家住店沖店裡環境來的，我是沖老闆娘廚藝來的😄果不其然，第二天的菜色也非常叫好。野生石斛，竹蓀清蒸石蛙、開化白臘肉清蒸白脆耳、本地豆腐燒小溪魚，既有開化特色又當令的食材，特別是滋味清爽又鹹淡適口，每一道菜都透着好食材的鮮與香。滿足了吃貨的胃自然也要欣賞一下店裡的環境。民宿的小院讓人特別放鬆，看看魚塘養的清水魚、逗逗小狗再隨意盪個鞦韆或是泡上一壺茶，可謂悠哉。房間超270度全窗景賞心悦目，每一扇窗都可看到不同的院景、樹景、山景，面積又十分寬綽，實在是度假的好地方。

民宿老闆惠姐是我欣賞的那種女性，獨立幹練，周到妥帖，親力親為，自信大方。
衹要仔細觀察，就會發現像家一樣的民宿處處充滿了細節。窗户是雙層的隔音好；床品質量上層，不軟不硬睡的舒服；地板擦的鋥亮；配備的洗漱用品都是品牌的，就連自家的礦泉水也是古田同款的。 再説到惠姐的待人接物，熱情周到，知道我們第一次來開化，來回車站車接車送。店裡的人記得我們的飲食喜好，基本上第二天就能吃到前一天我們想嘗試的美食，惠姐有時候親自下廚，每次用餐還會額外贈送些小菜水果品嚐。並且惠姐時刻關心客人對服務的滿意度，不管是來吃飯的饕餮還是住宿客人，她希望都能享受到最好的服務，從一開始就設計好了房屋結構，前樓吃飯，後樓住宿，互不打擾。總之這是一個像家一樣温暖舒心的棲息地，如果希望同時滿足休閑和美食的需求，這家絕對是不二之選！以後來開化還是會住在這裏。

在官方推薦裏瞭解到開化各白金、金銀級各民宿，本來想一路往北走，不過小朋友有別的想去的地方，就臨時改道，臨時定了這裏。挺驚喜，各方面都超乎預期，小朋友也很滿意。特別是吃的，得到了小朋友的高度認可

是慕名而來的，在心願單裏躺了兩三年了，事實證明不虛此行。訂了兩個房間，每一間都灑滿了陽光。晚飯前，曬個太陽，喝喝茶磕嗑瓜子，非常暇意。晚飯點了清水魚，是原汁原味的，沒有科技狠活，吃出了清水魚本真的味道，沒有一點點土腥味兒。早餐是定食，都是當地特色。得知我們有感冒，老闆娘不僅幫我們煮了蘿蔔生薑水，還主動煮了金線蓮老白茶給我們帶在路上喝，感恩🙏

民宿環境清幽，裝修獨具特色，房間整潔乾淨，老闆娘很熱情，服務也超好！（舉個例子：帶寶寶出行幫我把行李嬰兒車拎上樓，退房又幫我拎上車；出門車胎扎破老闆娘趕緊幫忙聯繫了補胎），還有可愛小狗陪寶寶玩，關鍵菜還很好吃！不用出門就能品嚐開化美食～下次來開化還住！

不愧是白金民宿，房間乾淨整潔，服務也非常熱情。重點是太好吃啦，都是老闆娘的匠心功夫菜。還特別適合帶小寶寶來，看魚看公雞看狗狗，小朋友在這裏玩的不亦樂乎。
