The highlight for me, however, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently wonderful – friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly attentive. When we asked about good local eateries in the morning, the lady at the front desk not only recommended some authentic old establishments but also gave us detailed walking directions. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything – the location, facilities, and especially the service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kaifeng, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!
