The front desk service is attentive and efficient, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. Hot water is plentiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The self-service laundry room is very practical and convenient for travel. The service is courteous and considerate, making for a reassuring stay. It's the top choice for business travelers and highly recommended!

The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the first time I entered the door, I felt like I was home. The atmosphere created felt very warm to me, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and the toiletries in the room were very satisfactory. My favorite wash bag, the room tastes very good. Let's start with the positives. The hotel is quite close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about a 10-15 minute walk. Turning right out of the hotel would be even closer, but that road is under construction and very difficult to navigate; I wouldn't recommend walking there at night as it's easy to trip. On the first day, not knowing any better, I turned left and went through a pedestrian street, which was actually a detour. The staff didn't proactively inform me about the better route either. The service was acceptable. My room wasn't ready when I checked in, so I had to wait a bit, but not for too long. The room itself was quite spacious, but the bathroom had a slight odor. The shower had great water pressure, which was a plus. Breakfast was good, definitely a highlight.

When taking the elderly and children to Kaifeng for fun, the Four Seasons Hotel is still trustworthy, but the services in different places are different. The service of this hotel is really impeccable! From security to front desk to cleaning aunties, etc. The comfortable hotel is equipped with five-star waiters and perfect service!

The environment was bright and comfortable, the space was spacious, and the room was elegantly decorated with a touch of Zen, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The desk was large, and a small tea set was provided for relaxing tea drinking. The bedding was warm and comfortable, and the bathroom had a stable and ample supply of hot water; the facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was mediocre; they were not prompt enough and lacked enthusiasm. One electrical component in the room malfunctioned, rendering the kettle, TV, and chargers unusable. When I reported the kettle problem, the response was: ”Are you sure you didn't put it upside down?” Two staff members followed up without success, and I was eventually asked to change rooms. No assistance was offered for the room change, wasting nearly half an hour. One staff member said they would bring another room card after the change, but after waiting a long time, I proactively asked the staff, only to find out that they had called the room but no one answered and the matter was dropped. There was no apology throughout, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Only after expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk did a staff member apologize multiple times.

Overall, the experience at this Ji Hotel was excellent. Located in the new district, the hotel boasts a quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotless, the bedding was soft, and the double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing. Ample parking was available, including charging stations, making it especially convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The front desk was efficient, and there was also a laundry and drying room. Major tourist attractions were easily accessible by taxi, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. It offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Kaifeng.
