The quality of the hotel is undoubtedly excellent. The room was odorless, and the air conditioning and heating worked well. The washing machine and dryer are on the first floor and are free to use. Breakfast is also on the first floor, currently only Chinese breakfast is available, with four hot dishes daily, including meat and vegetables, as well as small steamed buns, sausages, etc. The hot food window offers wontons and beef noodles, but the beef noodles were not very good; the soup wasn't great, but it was alright. The pick-up and drop-off service only covers Kaifeng North Station, not Songcheng Road. If needed, you can make a reservation with the front desk one hour in advance. It's about a 5-minute drive from the North Station. That's all the amenities! Layman (although she's a woman) drives very steadily and is very attentive and considerate.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The room is also relatively large. There are all the necessary facilities. The hot water in the bath is also guaranteed and relatively stable. Sleeping at night is quieter. The breakfast is rich and eats well. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. Two souvenirs were given before leaving. The hotel is very close to Qingming Shanghe Garden and it is just a walk away. The traffic is very convenient. There are also many places to eat around. I will stay here next time I go to Kaifeng.

The rooms were spotless, the bedding was soft, and the double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing. Ample parking was available, including charging stations, making it especially convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The front desk was efficient, and there was also a laundry and drying room. Major tourist attractions were easily accessible by taxi, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. It offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Kaifeng.

While the overall selection wasn't vast, all dishes were thoughtfully prepared, including some local specialties. It's officially served until 10 AM, but typically, even if you arrive a bit later, there's still plenty available. Service was also outstanding; the staff were very responsive and eager to help. Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.

The Gulou store mentioned in the hotel, I thought it was next to the Drum Tower, but it is actually nearly 3 kilometers away from the Drum Tower. There is a free parking space, and the parking lot manager is very enthusiastic and responsible. The front desk was also very kind, and check-in was quick. The room type I booked in advance was also reserved. The room was very clean. Except for the fact that there was no clothesline and no towels hanging on the toilet, everything else was good. The three of us shared two beds. In the suite, there was no bed on the tatami, but the waiter gave us two quilts, plus our own mattress, so my husband slept very comfortably. The air conditioning is very powerful, the soundproofing is good, and there is breakfast, but it is not very delicious. I received a welcome fruit plate when I checked in, and a jar of chrysanthemums when I checked out.

When taking the elderly and children to Kaifeng for fun, the Four Seasons Hotel is still trustworthy, but the services in different places are different. The service of this hotel is really impeccable! From security to front desk to cleaning aunties, etc. The comfortable hotel is equipped with five-star waiters and perfect service!
