Atour Properties in Kaifeng

Highly recommend this Atour villa-style hotel in Kaifeng! My experience here far exceeded expectations. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. They proactively upgraded our room type during check-in and patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly top-notch. I have to praise the cleanliness of the room; both the bedding and the bathroom were meticulously cleaned, with no strange odors or neglected corners. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, including local specialties. I was incredibly satisfied with the food! Highly recommend staying here.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic, being close to both Huangjia Old Shop and Kaifeng Museum. Plus, there's a famous traditional pastry shop right at the entrance. After I checked out, I carelessly left an item of clothing behind. The housekeeping staff immediately informed the front desk, who thoughtfully kept it aside for me. They even kindly offered me a bottle of water and some peanut brittle as I was leaving, which was incredibly touching. Although heavy rain unfortunately led to the closure of the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden during my last visit, I absolutely must return next time to truly experience the beauty of Kaifeng. The Atour Hotel (Henan University Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden) was a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was top-notch. The Atour bedding was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The front desk service was attentive, and they offer a free laundry room and gym, so the amenities are complete. The overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, blending a scholarly atmosphere with the charm of the Song Dynasty. Especially the breakfast – it was abundant and delicious! Highly recommended!

The stay experience was particularly good. The whole room was spacious and bright. The view from the window was wide and enjoy the high-altitude city view. The carefully selected furniture and various exquisitely collected minibars, walk-in cloakrooms, peace of mind and comfortable deep sleep bedding, individually packaged bath towels, towels and bathrobes. None of them is unique, especially to praise Atour's good night porridge to the service, the restaurant will provide free hot porridge, millet porridge, miscellaneous grain porridge, boiled dense and fragrant, with refreshing side dishes and snacks, light and stomach. I went back to the hotel for a day, and I had a bowl of hot supper late at night. The stomach was warm and the heart was particularly comfortable. It was not only delicious, but also a just right care.
