Hot spring is good and they provide free ramen which is quite delicious

Very competitive location with good public transit. Walking distance to Central Station. Room was clean and well prepared.

First I’ve stayed here in March 2020. And loved the hotel. After five years everything is still perfect. I like room, onsen and breakfast. And location is perfect too. Tbh I like everything about this hotel. Definitely will stay here in my next trip to Kagoshima.

One of the best places to stay in Kagoshima if you want a hotel with open-air hot spring bath with reasonable room price and great location near Tenmonkan. The service was great, and the room was clean.

Apart from the shower in the room where I stayed needs improvement the rest were very very good!

The Onsen public bath is fantastic with very generous timing! And the regular evening noodles, with also ice cream and morning drinks. Always my favorite !

Terrible room provided with smell of smoke and stuffy air...the facilities are old and the room is relative small compared with other mgh...also they have provided kuma mk on product but it s very few

It is a clean and well organized hotel. I stayed in their Otaru branch also, both of their Onsen ended up being amazing which I used every night during my stay. I would recommend always Dormy inn and their onsens to anyone!
