Nice location for trip in Kagoshima!!

I stayed here alone. They were happy to store my luggage for me both before and after check-in. The building was very clean, and the room was also very clean. There was no noise in the middle of the night, so I had a comfortable stay. There was no information on how to reserve the bedrock bath, so I wish they would include that information. I also had breakfast, which was a buffet, and they replenished it immediately when it got low, and the service was very polite.

I usually only stay at business hotels, but this time I stayed at a splendid hotel that was a little more luxurious and luxurious.

The breakfast buffet was as delicious as the reviews said. There were so many dishes that I couldn't finish it all. The chicken rice soup was so delicious that I got hooked. I want to go again. The bedrock bath was also great.

The location is an 8-10 minute walk from Tenmonkan, and a 6 minute walk from the nearest tram. It was a larger hotel than I thought, and there were two restaurants on the first floor, but I didn't use them. The large bath on the 4th floor was so charming! It was nice to be able to use the bath and sauna without having to get water in the room! However, compared to the splendor seen from the first floor and the fact that I was able to use a very large room for the price, there were some disappointing points, such as some stains on the wallpaper and the coffee pot being old and rusty. Still, it was good value for money!

The location was great, and I enjoyed the hot stone sauna. I'd like to go again.

We stayed in two twin rooms and one single room for five people. We had reserved a non-smoking room, but the two twin rooms turned out to be smoking rooms. The reservation completion page definitely said non-smoking, but when we checked with the front desk, they said we had reserved a smoking room. In the end, they didn't change our room and tried to cover it up with deodorant, but since it's a pretty old hotel, the smell didn't go away at all and it was quite unpleasant. There was a lot of mold on the shower curtain and it didn't feel very clean. For some reason, the large public bath was only for men, and there was a rock sauna instead for women, but it was tough not to be able to take a bath after the rock sauna. I guess they wanted us to take a bath in our room... It was by reservation, so we ended up not taking a bath. The old men who were parking attendants were very kind and soothing. The location was great, but I don't think I'll stay again.

The room was upgraded from the last time I stayed there. The bed was a semi-double, but it was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a large public bath, so I would definitely like to use it again. Next time, I would like to add the breakfast buffet, but I regret that I didn't have time this time.

The bathroom and washbasin were clean. Where is the large communal bath? The bath in the room was nice.

The room is very large, both are double beds, the mattress is comfortable, there are two pillows each, the bedside lamp is convenient, there are 3 chairs, the toilet is large, and the hotel staff are kind and courteous

The room facilities are OK, and the surrounding traffic is very convenient.
