Very good room, very good service, nice location, highly recommended.

裝修文藝，所處地理位置不錯。但是酒店房間在公寓的三樓，每一層的層高很高，樓梯台階又高，拎着大件行李上樓或者要是逛街逛累了，爬上三樓（估計跟國內的5樓差不多）絕對是痛苦的事情。我們那天帶了2個大箱子，酒店的負責人之一幫我們拎了一件行李，我自己拎了一件，等爬上樓人已經不會動了。

The decoration is artistic and the location is good. However, the hotel room is on the third floor of the apartment. The ceiling height of each floor is very high, and the stairs are high. It is absolutely painful to carry large luggage upstairs or climb up to the third floor (probably similar to the 5th floor in China) if you are tired of shopping. We brought 2 large suitcases that day. One of the hotel managers helped us carry one piece of luggage, and I carried one piece by myself. When I climbed up the stairs, I couldn't move anymore.

The price/performance ratio is pretty good, right?

服務的小哥很熱情，是會為顧客着想的。房間也很乾凈，美中不足就是沒有電梯，需要自己搬行李到樓上。總體是推薦的

住了三種房型，頂層套房，雙人房，雙卧房，
頂層套房是loft，頂層卧，下層廁所和沙發床。
雙卧房是兩大床+1沙發床，很大、五口人住沒有問題
管家小哥很好很帥，checkin時拎大行李箱爬樓不費勁👍
唯一的缺點是爬樓有點略高，本來歐洲老樓層高就高，一層相當於兩層，住頂層套房那晚，我覺得得爬了7、8層才能進卧室。

Location is perfect for exploring Florence, within a short walk of the Ponte Vecchio, The Uffizi Gallery, every kind of food experience and shopping. We were able to walk there from the train station with our luggage. There are a lot of stairs and no lift but it really wasn’t a problem for us. The suite was spacious with a nice kitchen area, dining table, couch and tv. Bottles of wine are available in the room for additional cost. The bedrooms are a comfortable size and bathrooms were larger than usual in Europe complete with nice toiletries. Air conditioning and good wifi are also much appreciated benefits. We dined at one of the restaurants next door our first night where we had an excellent meal and it was so nice to walk a few steps back to the suite. If you’re planning several days in Florence then this is the perfect place to stay.

We loved staying here. Marco was so gracious and carried our bags up the steps for us. We are in our mid seventies and were fine with the steps. Our bed was excellent and the most comfortable that we had during our four weeks in Italy. We  loved the location on a quiet, narrow road with an excellent Italian restaurant across the street. It was so convenient to the Uffizi Galleries and everything. The breakfasts were  delicious and it was pleasant to sit outside (or inside). 

Canto degli Scali is a pure delight. We stayed in May in Canto del Giglie Viola for a week with friends. We had the best of both worlds, a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities and the services of a B&B. Marco was a gracious host, the breakfast served at Caffe la Posta each morning was delicious. If you are looking for a home away from home in Florence, Canto degli Scali is the place to stay.
