Concorde Hotel Singapore Reviews

We originally booked a queen bed, but as the hotel was fully booked, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The room was slightly more spacious, which was appreciated, though the “upgrade” ended up being two single beds pushed together. I was hoping for at least a mattress topper to make it feel like a proper queen, but that wasn’t provided. If a gym is important to you, the hotel has a great one — it’s large, well-equipped, and we really enjoyed using it. The interior of the hotel has a nostalgic, old-school charm, while the rooms themselves are modern and comfortable. Just note that housekeeping is done every two days instead of daily, so keep that in mind. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near many malls and food spots, so we were never short of dining options, even late at night.

Room is simple and spacious. Great location. Good size pool with very clean shower and toilets. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

A hotel located within minutes from malls, convenient to get food. Near the train as well. The hotel may look old but the rooms look new! And very clean as well. There’s filtered tap water so that’s really good if you’re a heavy water drinker like me!

The staff of Concorde was polite and friendly. Being an old hotel, the design of the carpet does not belong in 2025. Some staining on the sofa. The room size is spacious with bunk beds and access to the balcony. Nicely located in between Plaza Singapura and Orchard Central.

Nice gesture from hotel to upgrade our room! Awesome location and room was spacious! The building is relatively ok and a bit old but shouldn’t put you off at all.

Amazing place to stay. Right in the middle of orchard road. There a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also walking distance to the MRT Though a busy place, the room is quiet at night.

We had a short staycation during the CNY PH. Hotel location was good as it is walking distance to the malls like Plaza Singapura. Room was spacious but we were not so satisfied with the service provided. We have asked for a king size bed earlier but were given 2 single bed instead and the hotel receptionist informed us that they have combined the 2 single beds together and that it is bigger than the king size. Though the beds were combined, it still leaves a gap in between and my daughter could not sleep in the middle. There was a brown stained mark at the bed cover and the tv was having lines which gave us a headache. Hope the hotel management can look into the above matter. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Really bad experience finding AC water dripping in my room and hotel simply does not pay sufficient attention to rectify

Beautiful hotel but a little aged. Despite being age, the hotel is still a gem. Amenities are great, rooms are comfortable and clean.

Very nice hotel, we stay here the second time. Even it is old hotel but the room is quite big. They give us the corner room which is big enough for 3 people. Friendly staff. Bathroom is cozy , shower pressure is the best.

THE HOTEL IS SO OLD AND SO BAD THATS ITS BETTER YOU STAY IN SOME HOSTEL . THE LOCATION IS OK BUT THE ROOMS ARE SO OLD AND BAD . THERE ARE ANTS ON COFFEE TABLE AND ALL ROOM . THERE HOTEL HAS NOTHING TO OFFER AND THERE IS NO SERVICE . WE REQUEST 5 TO 6 TIMES TO SPRAY THE ROOMS AS THERE WERE ANTS ALL OVER THE ROOM BUT EVEN THE SPRAY DID NOT HELP

Great location and good price, walk only 3mn to the mall and the hotel near public transportation, easy to take a bus to everywhere

Excellent hotel in great location close to the MRT’s. Will definately stay again when in Singapore
