The room service is good, and receptionists are kind hearted. Very impressive stay! Pyramid is just outside the window.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, everything was excellent, and the staff were wonderfully kind. A special thanks to Mario for arranging transportation and tours, and to the reception team for their warm assistance and kindness.

This hotel is in such an excellent location - the Pyramids and GEM are both within walking distance. The reception staff are so warm and helpful - they booked an ATV tour for us and a transfer back into the city. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food in generous portions - a little bit pricey but worth it. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Pyramids.

Stunning views, wonderful food, friendly staff, really comfy bed and ergonomic pillows. The softest sheets. And all for a really amazing price. I am above impressed!
