첫날은 저의 실수로 씨티뷰를 예약했으나
1박 후 2박을 피라미드뷰와 테라스가 있는 방으로 예약했으나
보수공사 중이라고 1박은 더 못한 방ㅇㅔ서 보냈습니다
업스레이드도아닌 방을 받아서 기분이 아주 안좋았고 직원 태도는 어쩌라고 였습니다 아주 무례한 태도 였습니다

Booked a hotel for one day, and the next day I went out and came back at 1am to have my luggage taken out. I saw that luggage was taken out of several rooms! No phone call, no notification! It was so embarrassing to check luggage in the lobby!
