The hotel room very old, i stayed there for 2 nights and no hot water for shower .
we are the group of 10 persons , booked for 2 double pyramid view and 2 tripper pyramid view , all room shower without hot water and we Check in on 12am on that day .

房間裝修很老，衞生也不是很好。還遭遇了酒店停電停水，WiFi根本不能用，電梯按鍵無法顯示，電梯感覺隨時會發生事故😂。早餐更是一塌糊塗，服務員用那雙黑手直接拿餅，喝茶衹有紙杯，也是醉了。奉勸大家遠離這家酒店。如果要説優點，可能就是可以看到胡夫金字塔吧

酒店位於吉薩金字塔景區旁，在房間裏就可以看到金字塔，房間乾淨整潔，停車場在樓下院子裏，灰比較大的。附近的飯店還比較多的，味道也不錯。

酒店公共區域都沒有空調，不能理解。酒店經常斷電，一天要斷4-5次，早餐極差，而且餐廳沒有空調，環境很不友善。
這家酒店離金字塔15分鐘的路程。陽台可以看到金字塔。性價比不高，我下次是不會再住了。

I booked a room with a view of the Pyramids. I can't believe how close they are. I could see people going into the Pyramid from my balcony! My room 409 is right next to the breakfast restaurant and on the same floor as the pool. My room has a king-size bed and a double bed. The room next door has 3 double beds. All with magnificent views of the two biggest pyramids. The decor is fabulous and the staff are all amazing. The staff are just wonderful and friendly and I also liked the three shops in the lobby, plus a bar and a little supermarket. Cannot fault this wonderful hotel. My room rate included dinner at Tasty House next door. See separate review - just fabulous.

Aircon was broken, shower was broken, there was rubbish left overs of food all down the hall way. This wasn’t a 4 star hotel
