The hotel is close to the pyramids, about two kilometers away, and the staff are very welcoming. There is an Arab guy who can speak Chinese. The room was also very comfortable and the elevator was interesting.

It was a great stay!
You can see the pyramids from the rooftop, and having breakfast with that view was special. The room was spacious, and the bed was fluffy and very comfortable. However, it was a shame that the shower temperature suddenly became cold halfway through. It was too cold, so I hope they can improve it.
The staff were very kind, and when I couldn't get in touch with the tour person, they called me and helped me. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the tour without any problems.
I had a great time, so I was sad to leave this hotel. I would definitely stay again!

Quite possibly one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, stylish and most importantly incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

From the hotel restaurant, we could see two of the three great pyramids of Giza, the Pyramid of Khufu and the Pyramid of Khafre, and the magnificent view was truly overwhelming.
Also, thanks to the polite and warm hospitality of the hotel staff, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. Furthermore, the guest rooms were very clean and beautifully appointed, which further enhanced the comfortable stay. We are truly grateful for the pleasant hospitality.

Conclusion first: I don't recommend it at all. If you see this comment, run away
1. Discrimination against Chinese people. I booked a room with a view of the pyramids, but they secretly changed it to a shabby balcony view room (see picture for details). After I complained to the front desk and got explanation and apology, I can't help but think they did it on purpose. (Restaurant staff have a good attitude)
2. The sound insulation is extremely poor. At 11 o'clock, I could clearly hear the noises and footsteps in the corridor. The air conditioner outside the window was so loud that I felt like I was sleeping on it.
3. Poor hygiene, hair in the towel sink
4. There are safety risks. The front desk is on the top floor of a dilapidated building, and no one lives on the lower floors. You need to take the elevator, but the elevator is very old and poor and does not run smoothly
