I had planned to stay here for a short break before visiting the Grand Museum and moving on to Siwa, but it was a shame to only stay here for a short time. If I had known there was such a nice place and friendly staff, I would have stayed for multiple nights. The view from the room was also great, and the welcome juice was delicious!! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Egypt. Thanks to you, I left with good memories, even if it was only for a short time.

Very good hotel with air conditioning in the rooms, perfect after sightseeing in the heat. The breakfasts are very good with several choices including the evening meal.

We are a French family of 5 adults and stayed one full week at the hotel in July 2025. Via WhatsApp, the communication was smooth and very easy (before and during our stay). They organised our transfer from and to the airport. They also organised 3 awesome excursions for us, with a wonderful English-speaking guide (James). We visited the GEM by ourselves as this is only a 10 mn walk from the hotel. Rehab, at the reception of the hotel, is a really customer-service super-effective and helpful lady. All the people who work here are super kind. The rooms are clean, calm and not noisy, located on the last floors of the building. Very good Wi-Fi. There is not a lot around, so we had our dinners at the hotel: stunning home-made food. We liked it very much. The oriental breakfast is delicious as well. All the meals are served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et toujours à l’écoute : chaque fois que j'avais besoin de quelque chose, il suffisait de demander, et on me l’apportait rapidement. L'hôtel en lui-même est agréable, confortable, et surtout… la vue est à couper le souffle : juste en face des pyramides ! C’était vraiment un cadre exceptionnel. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Mademoiselle Rehad pour sa gentillesse, Achraf, le cuisinier, toujours présent le matin pour le petit déjeuner, et surtout Monsieur Youssri, qui a été présent tout au long de mon voyage. Il m’a accompagné dans mes sorties, mes activités, et mes déplacements vers d'autres villes — un vrai soutien, toujours disponible et attentionné. Si un jour je retourne au Caire, c’est sûr, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. Merci encore pour tout !

Very nice roof top view and very friendly staffs that work there. Rooms are very clean also. All popular Sightseeing places are very close to this location. Great place and will definitely go back soon. Would definitely recommend this place
