I booked this hotel for 8 days and it was my fatal mistake.
1) the hotel offers a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. I wrote to them 4 times before my arrival on the website, in WhatsApp about the date, flight number. Each time they answered that they would definitely meet me. When I left the airport, no one met me. They simply forgot about me. I was lucky that a local resident who spoke English contacted the hotel by phone, and the hotel immediately started looking for a car that would take me to them; After 30 minutes of our negotiations with the hotel, a car was found.
2) I booked a standard 4-bed room with 2 king-size beds and a mountain view for one person. Instead, they gave me a small double room with two single beds and a view of the wall of the house. Photo - attached. I went to the reception and said that the room did not match my booking. I was asked to stay overnight for one night and then I would be accommodated in the room I had booked. I met them halfway, and met them halfway again, and as a result, on the 5th day of my booking, I was given the room I had booked. This room also had a view of the wall, was small (not the stated 30 meters), dirty and old. In this small room there was not even room to put a bedside table for suitcases. The glass doors of the closet had not been washed for years, the refrigerator was shabby, the bathroom was in disrepair. I have attached a photo. I again contacted the reception that the room did not correspond to the written booking and the photos that they post on the website, and also wrote about the incident in the trip.com chat. The hotel did not respond to any request from either trip.com or partners. I was told that they had not received a single request. I realized that I would pay any money for another hotel, just not to stay at the Gaya Pyramids hotel anymore! I notified the hotel and trip.com about the early check-out. I still had 3 paid days left. I booked a room in a neighboring hotel without any problems - it was just heaven, compared to Gaya Payramids Hotel.
After 3 days of silence, when my reservation expired, Gaya Pyramids Hotel contacted trip.com and said that they would not return the money for 3 days when I was no longer staying at their hotel. Thanks to Trip.com that they made me a partial compensation on their own initiative.
3) the hotel apparently has several good rooms. But in general - the hotel is pretty worn out, the cleaning is bad. The renovation is disgusting. Breakfasts are not a buffet, but there are a couple of menus that they serve constantly - this is an acquired taste. But the guys in the restaurant try, I must give them credit.
Summary - I did not mind any money, just to leave the Gaya Pyramids hotel,
