It was a great experience staying in the hotel. The reception was very helpful especially in booking for a ride or attending your request.
Expectation meets reality. The breakfast view is stunning. Also, it’s very convenient to go the Pyramids and GEM.

The restaurant faces the pyramids, and enjoying a hearty breakfast while looking out at them is truly magical. The front desk guy speaks excellent Chinese, which is very convenient. The hotel service is also very good, and the environment isn't too noisy, which is nice. However, you might have to go out to eat. The buffet restaurant downstairs is quite ordinary and expensive.

The room was clean and hygienic, with a great view. The front desk attendant was especially attentive and helpful, speaking Chinese. We arrived early, and the attendant booked us a room to rest and change clothes, and even stored our luggage on our departure day.

The front desk service was excellent, always helpful in answering various questions and assisting with takeaway deliveries. With this price and the great view, it’s definitely worth it! The only downside is that there’s no supermarket nearby, which can be a bit inconvenient, and the room facilities could be improved especially the bed, which was a bit sunken and not very comfortable to sleep on. Still, the price makes it acceptable.

The room had a great view and was very clean. The breakfast was very generous. The entrance to the pyramids requires a taxi (around 100 Egyptian pounds), but it's just across the street from the Marriott Mena Palace. The location is impeccable. The most commendable thing is that the owner speaks excellent Chinese!!! He was very friendly and helpful, and patiently helped us order the go bus. 🥹 I wish the owner good business and prosperity. 🥰👏

On the fifth floor, the view is unbeatable, and you can see the pyramids directly when having breakfast. However, the facilities are old and the elevator always feels unsafe. The service is good, but the breakfast is unpalatable.
