If you want to be close to the pyramids, this hotel is well located. It's on a quiet street that is only a short drive from the GEM and Giza pyramids. However, there is nothing around the hotel and it's not pleasant to walk. The view from the rooftop and restaurant is nice, but not really from the rooms. Although I could see the pyramids from my room, there was a lot in the way and the windows were small and in the corner. My friends had the nice room with the windows on two walls, but there view still wasn't all that great. The pictures of the rooms make them look better than they really are. The staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

Totally not recommended. Take the basic room. AND AGAIN! The hotel has different qualities that we could look for as a European. If we could put only 1, we would. My wife and I had booked the deluxe room with the jacuzzi for 3 nights for the long-awaited vacation. We had paid the price thinking that it was going to be good, at least 2 times more expensive! It was the main price of our trip. What a disappointment when we arrived in the room to see that: 1. The jacuzzi is very badly placed and badly adjusted. We were watering all the curtains without doing it on purpose, and putting water everywhere because it was not at all well thought out. 2. No pressure in the water heater. Impossible to have hot water. So not possible to use the jacuzzi. So we paid extra for nothing. Impossible to have hot water so constantly in the shower. Cool for 90€ per night. 3. After 2 days of complaints, we got a little better, but still impossible to use the jacuzzi properly. 4. Poor supply of soaps, shower gel etc. It seems like they are cutting corners on everything. 5. We asked nicely if they could make a gesture for the inconvenience, like at least refunding us the difference with the basic room. NOTHING AT ALL. 6. The services offered like excursions are extremely expensive. To be avoided. What do you think? Being rich and providing a service at this price is decent? It is way above the market for nothing. 150€/person for the trip to Alexandria when we had 75€ with a very nice guide that we even invited to the restaurant. You are going to have a bad reputation. We expect a gesture from you.

A clean hotel in a good location for the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly varied. Unfortunately, all the hot dishes were already cold by 7 a.m. - a shame. We were there at New Year's Eve and it was cold in the evening/night, as expected. The biggest drawback: there is no heating in the rooms. We actually froze on the first night. A portable fan heater was not available. The restaurant is OK and the only option on site. The immediate area around the hotel is "difficult". The service staff are very courteous and you can actually see the pyramids from the top floor!

Very good, especially the chef in the restaurant, who explained to me every dish he made, just like proudly introducing each of his children. The surrounding area is not as noisy as downtown Cairo, and the rooftop can see the pyramids, which is worth recommending

It's really outrageous! It's a scam, but I booked a twin room, but they insisted on adding 20 dollars per person when I checked in. They didn't explain it at all, and it was a forced increase in price. It's obvious that they are trying to rip off foreigners. Then there was a smell of formaldehyde in the room, and there was a power outage. There was no light in the toilet, so I had to wash in the dark. The front desk said it was normal, but fortunately they didn't say that I would be charged for electricity. It's surrounded by a big rural area, and there are big construction sites around. It's in the wilderness, and the people are very fierce. I was so scared that I had to admit it. In short, Egypt is really full of scams, and this is the worst scam. Don't come here, I advise you to give up!

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
