Food was nice, pancakes and waffles a bit sour. Beds were very soft and pillows were nice. Staff were friendly and very polite, and very helpful with everything. Hossam was very polite and very gifting and welcoming, an amazing person. Located in a nice area by the pyramids which made it very easy to access.

I give a 5 stars to this hotel. The location is good, facing the pyramids. The hotel is nice and very clean, such as rooms. The food is really Amazing (breakfast and rooftop restaurant). To finish, the staff is lovely. Thank you so much for everything ✨✨

The hotel has nice rooms and an excellent view of the pyramids. The breakfast is good. The service is very friendly, and they let you check out later than other hotels, in this case at 12 pm. You can extend the checkout time and they charge you by the hour, so it's good for those who have return flights at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Era cómodo y con vistas a las pirámides, en un barrio del extrarradio. Con muchas tiendas y negocios. Estuvimos 3 noches en regimen de alojamiento y desayuno. Había gran surtido en el restaurante y era bueno y variado. Buffet internacional y el servicio muy bueno.

Grande ringraziamento al servizio front desk, ed in particolare ad Ahmed, gentile e premuroso con gli ospiti e non solo con noi! Turumuzun en güzel yanı otel di özellikle Ahmad bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu cok iyi yardımsever güler yüzlü anlayışlı iyi ki vardı.Piramit manzaralı terası ve tüm çalışanları çok ilgiliydi kahvaltısı da güzeldi otel temiz ve huzurlu tavsiye ederim.

Nice hotel with an excellent view over the pyramids. The rooftop bar and restaurant have very nice food and friendly staff. They tend to all your needs and never leave you unattended. There is a vast selection of dishes that will satisfy everyone in your group.
