Hotels in need of renovations. Rooms are dilapidated, noisy during stay. Bedsheets are not clean. Check-in procedures are very long. Car charges are collected during stay. Bad experience.

I made a reservation and came here. It was a bungalow. Amazing.
Since it's not next to the pyramids of Cairo, you should check the entrance carefully.
It's fun because it feels like a resort in downtown Cairo.

Ich reise bereits seit ca. 10 Jahrenin dieses Hotel und finde die Atmosphäre ganz hervorragend. Acu die Lage zum Neuen Ägyptischen Museum und Zivilisationsmuseum ist einmalig. Allerdings muß ich diesmal die massiven Bauarbeiten bemängeln. Sie waren sehr laut und bis in den späten Abend - ca. 22.00 Uhr - zu hören. Vereinzelt war auch nachts Tätigkeiten zu bemerken - z.B. höre es sich an, als wenn etwas in eine Schubkarre geworfen würde. Bei diesen Bauarbeiten wäre es angebracht gewesen, das Hotel komplett zu schließen. Die meisten Gäste waren allerdings auch nur eine Nacht im Hotel und reisen dann weiter. Während ich doch eine komplette Woche dort verbracht habe. Zum Personal kann ich wie immer nur das Beste anmerken. Die Roomcleaning-Mannschaft Kareema, Marwa, Ahmed, Mustafa sowie Mohamed waren wie immer unübertroffen hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Das Restaurantpersonal einschließlich Gartenrestaurant Il Giardino sowie die Mahlzeiten waren wie immer hervorragend. Ich hoffe, bei meinem nächsten Besuch keine Baumaßnahmen mehr hinnehmen zu müssen.

The tour guide was superb throughout. Very knowledgeable and very patient. Gave us a full run down of the events that happened in Egypt including why it's only one pyramid that is a wonderful of the world. I felt that with the guide's knowledge we learnt so much. If you can book Rands get her she's superb.

Khalid at the coffee bar was great! Only complaint is that it was hard to view the area around the hotel due to tour guides insisting you ride with them.

Estuvimos en este hotel en Giza en abril y la verdad que todo muy bien. Está enfrente de las pirámides y del museo Egipcio de las Civilizaciones. Nosotras fuimos a través de la Agencia Mándala Tours que nos hizo un viaje inolvidable. Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que visitéis El Cairo

The room was clean , the staff was very helpful and they were sending smiles all the time , just I stood up from my table and they came to ask how to help Any thing you would require , they would do it immediately . Me and my family felt very comfortable and satisfied with every single detail. Thank you Cairo Pyramids Hotel.
