Don’t stay here! Housekeeping came into our room and lost our daughters bear that she had for over 10 years and the only thing the hotel could say is sorry. Not a free 100 points, not a you can pick a new one from the store …nothing. What a shame and example of corporate greed. To make it worse the housekeeper turned off our ac units and didn’t fill up the soap that was empty when we checked on. Marriott is falling apart. Terrible!!!

Today my 2 friends and I were in front of the Maui Marriot vacation club which I've been apart of since the ripe age of my moms womb, so I've been an owner for 14 years. My friends and I left our towel and speaker to go get Starbucks and there are cameras right in front of that spot (Key detail) and once we came back (30 mins later) our speaker was GONE and our towel they also stole was shoved in a bush. So, we looked around for it in all the lost and founds and all down the beach but, no one had it we went to the front desk and asked security for the footage and they said they had no speaker and they didn't download the footage that morning and hung up. BUT THEN we called again on our phones and met a very helpful man no speaker but a life long friendship was made.

The room was dusty and old. The resort itself is beautiful. Grounds and pool amazing. The customer services is fantastic. The AC vents need to be cleaned. I had problems with sneezing, coughing and throat each time I returned to room.

Unfortunately, we were not informed of a major renovation during our stay. There was a considerable amount of construction noise and there were area around the pool that were
Coned and taped off from using. The staff of the Marriott property was exceptional.

Marriott quality with a relaxed, family friendly pace of life. So much to do at the hotel, but also walking distance to Whalers Village for food and shopping. You can walk to black rock for snorkeling and visit the other hotels in the area, too. The boardwalk between hotels is the perfect stroll. This is our family vacation spot from when before the kids were born through their college years now.

My wife Michelle and I have visited this resort three times, and it’s been an incredible holiday destination every time. We’ve gone both with and without our kids, and the experience has always been fantastic. The resort is exceptionally clean, with multiple pools and a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained. The diverse crowd from all over adds to the vibrant atmosphere. We would recommend this place without any hesitation!

Awesome property with kind staff and spacious rooms. Stayed for a week as family of 5 in a two bedroom ocean front unit. Unit was huge - lots of space for our crew and the full kitchen and laundry in unit was fantastic. Beautiful views! We loved everything about our stay - only factors that led to give 4 stars instead of 5: resort only had Pepsi products (we very much prefer Coke), pillows were horrible - old and floppy and uncomfortable, and the onsite restaurants were mediocre. Everything else was fantastic!
