辦理入住，前台説房間沒電，提前也不通知我們。安排到隔壁的假日酒店，沒有早餐，孩子酒店玩水需要另外買門票。同樣的價格直接定假日酒店是都含的，本來想退掉重新定假日酒店，假日沒有房間了！

服務很好，周邊環境不錯，孩子在水世界玩的很開心，早餐在假日酒店吃的很豐盛。但是房間內衞生情況非常糟糕，衞生間有蜘蛛網，地上有垃圾，浴袍上還有頭髮。陽台上也有不少灰塵，空調風口也都是灰。

房問總體比較滿意，原定的房間原價升了級。配有室內温池，小孩泡得很開心。室外水世界和温泉泡池很滿意，一次很值得的親子游。1

房間浴池可能是温泉的原因，有些黃色的水痕，第一感覺臟臟的，看評價有浴池袋子，跟前台要，結果收費20，我理解的房間配温泉池的都會帶一個一次性的浴池袋，酒店雖説是消毒了，但是沒有親眼見到，還是不太相信。上了樓層，轉了一大圈房間，開門發現前台給錯房卡了，後來換了房卡，進屋發現沒有一次性拖鞋，又找服務員要拖鞋，真是太折騰了，晚上酒店還沒有人值班，進去了就出不來了，説是沒有人值班。離茅山景區比較近，就是附近有點荒涼。

衞生：非常整潔，訂上下床有三個床，每人都很舒服
環境：非常乾淨，房間裏有一個大浴缸
