There is nothing available during our stay here , only mentioned in the picture
Outside pool & hot springs are closed /inside water pool for kids are closed
Pls check with hotel before you book , don’t trust the picture

Amazing place to stay during the holiday. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and well taken care of.

Very good resort, would like to visit again, marvellous hot spring, lovely breakfast, enjoyable fish massage, front end staff allowed late check out and we enjoyed all facilities.

衞生：不是很乾凈，櫃子一開看見一衹小強屍體，工作人員可能很久沒有打開清理過了
私湯池也不知道有沒有清理過，感覺水裡總有一層灰
設施：水世界這會還沒開，顯得很冷清，設施整體偏舊，室外湯池每個裡麪都潛伏着塑料水杯，應該是少年客人留下的垃圾…大概是客人太少了，沒有工作人員清理…
衹有贈送的ktv 感覺算是個娛樂項目，早餐在隔壁假日吃的還可以
服務：沒啥好説的，基本沒有體驗到服務，工作人員都沒看到幾個，衹能算是洗浴過夜的地方

有史以來最噁心的一次體驗，沒有絲毫客户服務意識，一定會找相關部門投訴到底，無故剋扣客户全部房費拒不退還，沒有絲毫商量餘地，和**沒有差別

訂的家庭房，兩張床挺大的，也有私湯，小孩挺喜歡，不過由於濕氣比較大，底部牆皮已經剝落，然後一些設施不是很合理，比如洗手池的鏡子踮起腳尖都照不到臉！！！可能要1米8才能照到吧，我個子矮不配照鏡子！！！還有洗臉池旁也沒有掛毛巾的地方，配置真的挺無語的，最最關鍵的，居然房間沒有電話打服務枱，需要多一雙拖鞋和牙刷，得要自己去服務枱。。。酒店外部自然環境還是很好的，比較推薦租電動觀光車，可以沿着湖兜兜，很舒服，湖邊稍遠處還有遊樂場，下次準備帶帳篷過來，在外面野餐露營也是不錯的，忙着看風景和開觀光車，都沒有拍照有點遺憾，沒法給大家看看風景

房間裏還有好大的池子，不錯不錯，温泉水温度也剛剛好，一家人泡泡温泉真是一種享受，大廳還有我想買的掛件，品種特別多。選了好多。值得一遊👍
