Place is horrible and they do not care! I broke out in rash from unsanitary conditions or some bug bites. The floors are unsafe and a trip hazard. I called the department of health. Do not stay here! It’s is awful and they will argue with you that there is nothing wrong with the facility

Horrible service, dirty rooms and not maintained since bathroom was falling apart and parking lot looked abandoned. Floors in room were disgusting and I a/c made horrible noises all night long

this hotel checked all the boxes. thank you for the upgrade.....staff was beyond helpful, professional and accommodating. 10+ stars. Cant say enough good things Clean, yes Comfortable..big time Well maintained and decor...top notch Staff..ABOVE AND BEYOND Thank you so much for this tired, hot traveler to have a wonderful room at your fine establishment Will recommend and definitely stay again.

I stayed at this location in Jupiter Florida for 6 days and it was very good, The highlight of the property was the accommodating and courteous staff, ESPECIALLY LEKISHA!!! She genuinely made me feel at home during my stay. LeKisha always greeted me with a smile and by name, which made me feel valued and not like just another of the hundreds of guest she works with regularly. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to interact with her, this property is lucky to have her and I hope the realize what a wonderful asset she is. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. During my extended stay they were always friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The next time I am in the Jupiter area, I will consider this property first.

I wish I could attach a video of how dirty, and honestly nasty, the room was. It’s cheap, but there’s a reason. If you just need a bed and a shower it works. You want a clean room where you feel comfortable using their towels and not yours, this isn’t the place

not good
We requested a room for five people and were given a four. we were too beat to argue, though. the tub had a leak and the shower head barely had any water coming from it. pretty exterior as they must have just remolded, but the rooms were terrible.
