La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Jupiter

Place is horrible and they do not care! I broke out in rash from unsanitary conditions or some bug bites. The floors are unsafe and a trip hazard. I called the department of health. Do not stay here! It’s is awful and they will argue with you that there is nothing wrong with the facility

Horrible service, dirty rooms and not maintained since bathroom was falling apart and parking lot looked abandoned. Floors in room were disgusting and I a/c made horrible noises all night long

Floor was filthy and made my feet & sock black. Key's did not work half the time and took 5 or 6 times to get the lock to open. They said breakfast was 6:30 but they didn't put it out until after 7. I had already left for somewhere else to eat. Soap bars are the size of a quarter and hard to hang on to. Sink and shower don't have much water pressure. Water is extremely hot, so be careful.

1. First floor hallway tile buckled (appeared to have flooded) 2. Carpet on second and third floors FILTHY (see pictures) 3. Several rooms had missing thresholds (exposed glue where threshold should have been) such as our room 208. 4. Carpet frayed inside our room. 5. We used towels to walk on carpet inside our room due to filth in hotel. The unkempt feel of the hotel made everything feel dirty. 6. Dust piled in corners of room. (see pictures) 7. Rusty trash can that left rust rings on tile floor area under sink (see pictures) 8. AC did not de-humidify. Had to turn on heater (in warm weather Florida) to dry out clothes and shoes. UNACCEPTABLE for a paying guest 9. Homeless-looking guests everywhere in hotel loitering inside and outside the hotel day and night making us feel unsafe. 10. We discovered on Dec 29, our check out day, that the hotel had been converted to a FEMA housing facility per a resident on the elevator. 11. At check out, I asked if FEMA residents were living in the hotel and the receptionist looked surprised and confirmed "yes". My follow up question: "is the hotel required to disclose FEMA people are living in the hotel to paying guests? receptionist answered "no" 12. FEMA residents smoking and loitering in parking lot day and night; also hanging out in the wooded area near the parking lot (we felt unsafe seeing people hanging out in the nearby wooded area after dark). 13. Our room looked at the dumpster with debris piled next to dumpster – another filthy view out our window. 14. Walls were dinged. 15. We did not use the gym because we did not feel safe. 16. We stayed away from the hotel during the day (arrived only at bedtime and left in the morning immediately to have breakfast away from the hotel and remained gone until bedtime). 17. We only ate one breakfast at hotel (first morning); we felt dirty in this hotel. So we paid to eat breakfast away from hotel the remainder of our trip. 18. Also, the hotel had a bad smell on the second and third floors (possibly due to dirty carpet mixed with the amount of to-go food being taken to many rooms). 19. If we had been told FEMA residents were living in this hotel, we would have immediately insisted the hotel cancel our reservation (upon check in) without any fee to allow us to find another hotel. 20. The hotel withheld important information that FEMA residents are living at the hotel to paying customers. As a paying customer, we are entitled to know important information about the hotel such as a busted pipe and being under a "boil water" alert. 21. We were, in fact, informed by the hotel (at check-in) they were under a BOIL WATER alert but NO MENTION of the hotel being a facility for FEMA residents to live in the hotel. We were not provided even 1 bottle of water. We had to purchase and haul our own case of bottled water to brush our teeth, etc. 22. Upon check-out on Dec 29 (a

The building is outdated & needs upgrading. The hallways look like a crack house. The sink in the room is outside the bathroom, which is gross that everyone touches the door after wiping their **** & can’t wash their hands first. So gross! The faucet is a 1990’s cheap residential faucet where the water pours out a pipe & over an edge. There’s no pressure, the opening is green & you’re supposed to put your toothbrush against the green pipes to catch yhe water? The tv remote is broke. The desk has no chair & we’re paying for this experience?

My husband and I were in town for a Spring Training ball game. From the outside we thought we were going to be golden. The exterior is well kept and very nice. Inside though was another story. The carpets in the hallway were disgustingly stained and dirty. The hallways smelled like old food, mold and dust. The people at the front desk were nice and chatted a lot with one another. We are Wyndham owners and have stayed at many La Quintas without issue. Going to do a bit more research next time. It was almost like some of the people that were staying here actually lived there. Was not a good vibe at all.
