I just returned from this place. Going to Marbella JUAN DOLÓ IS A NIGHTMARE. The security employees do not give anyone any REST. You cannot play music around the pool, EVEN AMBIENT with volume only for one. You literally can't do ANYTHING BUT be inside. The BIGGEST straw was that an employee named YOVANI SANTANA (according to the supervisor) very rudely demanded that my daughter cover herself because the swimsuit she was wearing was not allowed. A swimsuit THAT IS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE (thong) offended her, he was rude to her, he treated her as if she were another man. He was DESPOT, arrogant, petulant. HE THREATENED US TO CALL THE OWNERS OF THE THREE (3) apartments in which we were PAYING - because IT WAS NOT FREE - so that they would remove us. It made her feel very bad. IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The stay became a constant harassment by the employees of anything that one could think of enjoying at the edge of the pool other than being immobile in the water.
