We have just returned from a very disappointing visit to Bahia Vik. Our room was vey substandard. This was especially true since it was priced as a luxury hotel. The furniture was sparse and chipped. The blackout curtain was ripped as was the screen on the sliding door and the room reeked of disinfectant. Most distressing was the bathroom. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no glass enclosure. It sprayed all over the floor. The bathroom was painted with a scuffed black paint. In addition, there was no television. The public areas are better but the rooms are inadequate for the price.

Local é lindo e super estiloso, o atendimento da equipe dos restaurantes e piscina é sensacional e super atencioso.
O pessoal da recepção por vezes nao corresponde ao mesmo nivel de atendimento que o do pessoal do restaurante, mas nao chega a ser um ponto negativo.
Única critica efetiva vai para limpeza dos quartos, entendo que faz parte do conceito do hotel os bangalôs em meio a natureza mas possuem MUITOS insetos como Aranhas grandes e “bicho bolota” (uma espécie de lesma da humidade)

Not worth it! As a hotel that sells itself as high-end, and even charges for it, the services are very poor. There is no service on the beach, they only provide chairs and umbrellas, which any average hotel offers. At the pool, the waiters only appear if you call, and they take a long time. I requested at the time of my reservation, and answered the questionnaire they give you at check-in, that I was lactose intolerant, NOTHING was provided, they didn't even know about my request... they got me almond milk... The breakfast is average. The staff, it's worth mentioning the driver of the golf cart (who transports you around the hotel), is very efficient and friendly. The hotel doesn't offer any service... The pool is cold and very windy, there is no design for a barrier. The destination certainly offers other options...

The perfect mix of casualness and style, relaxation, entertainment, good food and very good service. Lucia and her team are very attentive and always helpful. The daily sundowner in La Susana right next door is an experience.

We arrived and the people were very nice to us. However, the rooms were not good. Our balcony could not open and they were also no amenities. The service was was good but the breakfast selection was mediocre. It was very expensive and if you want to go to town, you have to take their transfer, which is also very expensive. I felt we were limited in things to do and transportation.
