Bedbugs!! LIVE bedbugs!! Disgusting filthy and majorly outdated. Un-level floors, that if you are not careful, you will trip and fall. The lobby reeks of ****, and is just awful. The night manager had to call Richard, who is either a senior manager or the owner. He finally put me in a diffetent motel, after he found out I had pictures and videos of the bugs......it is a known issue by all the other surround motels. There were also homeless and scary folks just hanging out in the parking lot and beside the building. I did not feel safe. (I have video and pictures of the bug moving)

Started out with the host asking for money when I already payed. The tv didn’t work. When I pulled the sheets down there were stains and BODY hair all over! The shower wouldn’t drain. Switched rooms for the second night and woke up with 10 bites on me. I am just sickened about my stay, so much so that I am 40yrs old and this is the very first review I have ever written in my life.

Not great
It was a pretty bad experience, we didn’t expect much, but the pool was shut down which I feel like they should let you know that ahead of time and the free “breakfast” was pitiful!

Not enough staff
I booked my room on ********** at 8:40pm Friday 3/21/2025 for Saturday 3/22/2025 checking out Sunday 3/23/2025. I arrived at Econolodge shortly after 6pm Saturday. The check in process was done professionally by someone who had only started their employment two weeks ago. But my teenage son and I were checked into a single king bed nonsmoking room.
I reserved a standard double bed nonsmoking. I went back down to the front desk and informed her of the room error. I was originally told ********** erroneously let me book it despite it not being available, but then in the end I was told the hotel simply didn’t confirm if previous guests had checked out or not, to even clean a room to be made available for me. I have a full 2-min video I documented of my final checkout.

The room was tidy but not clean- toothpaste stuck in the sink when we arrived, hair in the tub, trashcan still had paper in it.
The breakfast was lacking everything- nothing to drink but coffee only thing to eat were a few muffins and a couple sausage patties. However when asked about it, the employee stated they were waiting on the truck to come?? They apologized and directed us to the vending machines. This was 7am.
I will not book here again.
