Great management and good service. Fit the Courtyard brand well! AC was phenomenal so great, I needed to snuggle down into their great linens. I loved my stay and would go back!

This was my second time staying here on my monthly trips to Jonesboro and they are always so nice and my rooms have always been clean. 10/10 recommend

Won't Be Back
We rented twenty+ rooms for four nights. The hotel was new, and the staff was friendly. But most of the rooms were never cleaned, and some of them were only cleaned once. A few days after checkout, I received an email saying they were charging us a 25$ extra cleaning fee per room for "excessive trash and intentional harm to rooms." I asked for documented proof and I will include some of the pictures they sent. Our rooms had an occupancy of four each, and we fed them twice a day in the hotel. Their trash cans were full, so they stacked what other trash they had next to the cans.

The bed was horrible. I felt like I was rolling down hill all night . Woke up with a terrible back pain. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Do not book here! They overbook and if you arrive later in the day they send you away and the staff is not helpful and unable to provide any compensation for their problem. They overbooked by more than 5 reservations. This was my personal experience on a business trip.

Needs a pool- for what the rate is, sheets are not soft at all, they feel heavily starched. Bar is overpriced for well liquor. Room was clean.

The Courtyard in Jonesboro is up-to-date, with contemporary decor, and is spotless. Our room was very large and quiet. Breakfast at the Bistro was excellent. The location is handy for the hospital and university, with good restaurants nearby. What made this an outstanding stay was the people. Kimberly, Veronique and Turbo all went above and beyond. We look forward to staying there again.
