Hotel was terribly understaffed- they couldn't accommodate guests at the restaurant, trash overflowing all weekend, no housekeeping services for my 3 days stay, and AGM had to do housekeeping services on a holiday so she charged a fraudulent cleaning fee. Don't stay here- book at the fairfield, they have a pool and I had family stay there that had zero issues. GM wasn't present all weekend- staffed was overwhelmed and offered a half baked apology- avoid this property- they don't maintain Marriot brand standards

Great management and good service. Fit the Courtyard brand well! AC was phenomenal so great, I needed to snuggle down into their great linens. I loved my stay and would go back!

Bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking. I don’t think king bed was actually a king. My husband is 6’3 and feet hung off the bed. Mattress was too firm

Nice!
My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro was a very pleasant experience.Staff was polite and informative, room met my expectations and was very comfortable. Location was excellent for me and other family members in town for my nephew’s graduation.

Do not book here! They overbook and if you arrive later in the day they send you away and the staff is not helpful and unable to provide any compensation for their problem. They overbooked by more than 5 reservations. This was my personal experience on a business trip.

Won't Be Back
We rented twenty+ rooms for four nights. The hotel was new, and the staff was friendly. But most of the rooms were never cleaned, and some of them were only cleaned once. A few days after checkout, I received an email saying they were charging us a 25$ extra cleaning fee per room for "excessive trash and intentional harm to rooms." I asked for documented proof and I will include some of the pictures they sent. Our rooms had an occupancy of four each, and we fed them twice a day in the hotel. Their trash cans were full, so they stacked what other trash they had next to the cans.
