Stayed here for a night. Our room was clean and comfortable as one would expect from this chain. The standout item for me was the rubber duck in the bathroom. I thought it was very odd and cute at the same time. I asked the staff about and they said they found that so many people feel joy out of it. In short the real standout is the staff here. Very friendly and they really wanted to make people's day. The rubber ducks are just the symbol for it. Would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

We stopped on our way thru the area and could not have had a nicer stay. The entire staff was kind and competent. The morning we left was my daughter’s birthday and they absolutely spoiled her! She had balloons, little rubber ducks, and candy. We can’t speak highly enough about this place!

Extremely friendly and competent staff. Every person encountered could not have been friendlier. Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. A very nice place to stay. Very conveniently located.

Went in late after flying from Iceland to Chicago. Great and helpful staff at the hotel, especially in the lobby and at the breakfast buffet. Small but nice, clean room. My room faced to I-55 but I did not get any disturbs from it. The surroundings of the hotel were clean and free of trash. There were Good choices in the breakfast buffet, the seasonal pumpkin waffles were a great choice and the scrambled eggs were just perfect. The stay there was a nice start on our journey in the USA that fall.

Will not be returning. Checked into the room and the toilet was overflowing. They literally handed my husband towels and a plunger and asked him to clean it up, bag up the towels and bring it to them for they can throw it in the laundry. This is not our responsibility.

Nice renovated room, clean firm bed. Bathroom was clean and mold free. Staff was attentive and and handled our needs efficiently. Nice selection of hot / cold breakfast items. Would recommend and good rates.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend our daughter's commencement celebration at Lewis University, but I had to stay connected working at the hotel room most of the time. One day I went down to get a coffee at the lobby (great coffee, by the way!) and the GM invited me to grab some food because they just had their Cinco de Mayo staff lunch... Couldn't have been more thankful for the nice gesture... it allowed me to have a very much needed break and delicious food!

I feel sick to my stomach writing this review. The hotel was under a major renovation and should have been closed to guest during the renovation. Renovation workers were banging and drilling and taking loud at 6 am every morning, even on Thanksgiving! It was horrible and disgusting! The rooms were filthy! Dirt everywhere! I asked to change rooms and this didn’t help! Both rooms weee filthy! The alarm went off at 6am. This is the worst hotel experience ever!
