Location wise is convenience. Does not provide water unless reviewed. Normal amenities included.

Hotel is near to City Sq on the other side of the road. Need to walk through building to reach the other side. Room without tissue and hair dryer. Very simple layout.

Good! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay.

A very clean hotel, location is near CIQ so it’s very easy and convenient to go to Singapore. Shopping mall JBCC and Komtar is within walking distance.

Hotel is quite central, walking distance from ciq, at night have to walk other way, the place is cosy enough for two paxs with those really vintage feel. Would go back again

Room are normal and not very clean. Blanket is black black and like never change.

Good hotel always book there for you and I thought you was going for a to meet you in the car park and I will be there see you tomorrow morning if you want

I stayed in room 003 for 2 nights and found out got few baby cockroach inside the room. The cleanliness of the room need to be improve. Otherwise is very convenient because near to eating place and mall.

Toilet floor tiles were slippery. Elderly please be cautious. Toilet sink not well maintained as the water flow is very slow. Mini fidge not cold at all. Can assess hot water at water dispenser outside room. Location is strategic for foodies.

Very basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.

Fuss free 1 night stay - we got a family room with a connecting door. Rooms and bathrooms were generally clean, however there were flies in one of the bathrooms & feedback given to the Front Desk was acknowledged with thanks. Bedlinen were clean & fresh, however some of the towels were a little old. Overall we had a good night's rest & the close proximity to the JB CIQ is a plus.

Towel hotel so smelly. And if u want to park at hotel must to buy parking rm20 for 1 day.

Booked for 2 nights. The room is very basic. Bed sheet is a little old and soiled. It is actually ok if you are not very fussy. There is a mini fridge in the room which is not cold at all, which is a little disappointing. The TV has no signal even after seeking some assistance. The location is good. It is on Jalan Trus, which is a stone throw to many places - City Square, Komtar, nice eatery etc. Good place to stay if one is not fussy about the basic amenities.
