"Although at first glance the hotel and rooms are clean and it all seems new and modern. That said, it doesn't have enough parking and the parking it has has spaces WAY too small. If standard cars (not larger trucks even) park correctly in the spot, there is still no room to open your doors. Many people ended up taking two spots but that didn't leave enough spaces. The Televisions didn't work (remotes didn't control the screen); got help and it still didn't work. Wifi was so bad we all just ended up using our mobile data. Breakfast options were limited and the hot plate food was cold. The ice water was flat and warm. Walls are SUPER thin and due to the softball games in town you were listening to kids slamming doors, the elevator dings, and running up and down the halls all night long. If you pick this one, go when it's not a busy weekend. 🤷🏼♀️"

"Horrible Front desk employee would leave property unattended shower faucet broke. They moved us to another room only to come across bedbugs went to complain to front desk and the guy's friend was there wanting to start a fight with me Told the front desk first to call manager he refused when his friend threatened me I told front desk to call the police and again that was refused Next day I told the general manager about the situation and she would apologize with a smile making me feel like she didn't care. It was just horrible. I dont think all comfort inn bad this one just seemed Noone cared"
