"I was registered for a king, non-smoking room and they gave me a room with two queen beds, Room 205. One of the queen beds had a fleck of a bug on the pillowcase and the bedspread had a small hair sitting on top of it. The room has cobwebs and bugs all around the floor of the main room near the standing lamp and sitting chair. The bathroom had roach poop on the wall above the body towel rack, there was hair all over the base of the toilet, the bath area and the floor near the tub. The toilet leaked water on the bottom wall near the commode. The establishment needs to update the quality of their cleanliness and do better at checking the work done in each room cleaned. Glad I only needed this as a quick spot to lay my head after midnight. If I had been there earlier I would've canceled the room and looked for better."

"The only available room, when we checked in at 1800, was a "small" room, even though I had made a reservation a week in advance. It was VERY small, and we are small people. I think it was a single room with a queen bed. There was no coffee maker and no wifi. There was a refrigerator and microwave. That said, the room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean."

"Must say was disappointing. The website needs updated. No breakfast or bar on site.(If there was, they were not up and running) Rooms were dirty, bedding not fresh. Balcony was beautiful to go out to sit however, the spiders and webs were everywhere, could not sit on the outdoor furniture due to spiders and webs. Kids were excited for the pool, however, the pool was in a backyard of a house on the ranch. When asked the office girl about it, she said yes that was the pool we were able to use just watch for the dogs if they are out! so needless to say, we did not go to the pool. The horseback riding and zipline and four wheeling trails were not even mentioned and we did not see anything around like that. Power went out 2 nights in a row. First night a storm did roll threw, but power was out for 4 hours with no A/C. Both nights was in the middle of the night. Water pressure the second night, was so low we could not shower! We did not have hot water. We did ask the office girl and she said let it run for 15 minutes and it should work. It did. In our opinion, when we checked in, all of these things should of been addressed. Is a really cute concept they have going on with the old town theme, just needs much TLC and would be awesome to stay. We went a long way to enjoy our vacation and it was just not what the website had stated. :("
