The hotel is located on the west side of the airport, some distance from the old city and the new city, but it is very convenient to call a car. Just opened for 5 years, the facilities are very new. The small suite I stayed in was less than 700 including breakfast, which was very affordable. Cleanliness is good and the bed is comfortable. The lighting is good, and the Internet speed is fast for Indian hotels. Sound insulation is acceptable. The air conditioner is powerful, and the living room and bedroom are controlled separately. Put 6 bottles of drinking water directly in the room, no need to ask the front desk. What needs to be improved is: the small suite does not have a bathtub. The breakfast is vegan, not even eggs. Although the meals are good and there are many choices, I still feel uncomfortable. The service attitude is very good. In addition, the lobby bar is very affordable. A large piece of cake only costs 120 rupees, which is cheaper than outside cake shops.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel about 2 weeks ago. We reached quite early in the morning and the staff was kind enough to let us use all the facilities available at the property. We had breakfast which was then adjusted with breakfast from the last day of our stay, we took shower in their spa area, they kept the luggage and checked in for us since we were out. Received the same hospitality while checking out since our train was in the evening. They checked out for us and let us use top business lounge in 1st floor since we had to wait for a long time. The room was perfect, service was impeccable, food was fantastic, location is excellent. Zero complaints.

It was very comfortable stay at Radisson. Housekeeping staff mr. Harshit and manish was very good and Nice. Room and washroom cleaning amazing here........... Thanks..................... We will definitely visit again........................

I had a pleasant experience at this location. Location: Very convenient and accessible. Service: Excellent and attentive. Cleanliness: Maintained to a high standard. Food: Tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great place to visit. Highly recommended!

The staff in the restaurant ektara was really discriminatory during breakfast, waited for 20 minutes, we were 3 pax, and they sent 3 other person who were dressed up in suits before us because they started shouting, and the didnt even ask us, and the manager wasnt even listening to my query until i started shouting probably because i was dressed up casually in shorts and tshirt and didn’t create a scene there, unlike the men dressed up in suits, pathetic staff, pathetic experience

Finally a great stay which started very badly. We asked for twin bed room but they said we have only King bed ready and we said ok and when I entered room found new definition of king bed. two twin bed joined where electricity board comes in between. after to much persuasion could get it to covert to twin bed room. Room was in a corner N 316 with very small window who's curtain if u need to life you have to do that your self and stand there. Next morning have to bring this to notice of duty and room was changed and felt like different stay now openness in room was totally different then one we stayed for a night. Hotel location and property is great, Breakfast was much better then expected and staff in restaurant was good and attentive.

Good location, while not far from downtown/airport/ rly stn but located at a place which is not very crowded or noisy. Sufficient parking space. Well appointed rooms with nice furnishing. Overall service levels is decent. Food- Only vegetarian food available and hence good for pure vegetarians but a strict no for those who need non veg food in their meals. Overall food quality is average- breakfast was ok, one morning I did not find dry fruits and when I enquired the staff told me not available, to which I was slightly surprised. Bakery items can be improved further. I ordered Khichdi in the room that was not up to the mark though the room service manager offered to change it but by that time I already had eaten. Food prices are on higher side. Overall I would recommend this Hotel for stay if you are in Jodhpur.
