Food was very good and good service by yuvraj karan and team. They have very good jain food options also. Try there avacado toast it's very good. The pinacolada also must have.

The team at the Novotel ITI Circle Jodhpur made us feel really welcome and we greatly enjoyed our time there. My family of four has travelled extensively and this hotel would be in my top 10 in terms of overall experience (the others in my list include the Sofitel Phnom Penh, Henan Bohol, Hilton Doubletree London, the Adina Vienna and the Grand Hyatt Mumbai). Note - There are certainly more glamorous hotels but sometimes it's the combination of little things that make a place really memorable. At reception, Daman and Lovepreet were very welcoming and actually made me feel special being an Accor member, even with my tier status having dropped. The rooms are modern and (most importantly) very clean. We had fort view rooms and, whilst they're small compared to other hotels (eg the luggage bench is too small to be functional) the room serves its purpose overall. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and was wonderful - we eat meat but never found ourselves craving. The service in the restaurant was also exceptional - Laxmikant was a notable standout and was a joy to speak to. With regards to other services, we got some laundry done that came back slightly damp, but was otherwise washed and folded well. The wife and kids loved the spa services. There was a limited number of English TV channels - having a few English movie channels would make it a better experience. Again, overall, I really liked spending time here. Highly recommended if you're visiting Jodhpur and would like somewhere modern and clean to relax.

Food was tasty, gym was very good. Rooms were hygiene and clean. Kalash, Ankur and Raghav were very humble and served the tasty food.
