O apartamento é espaçoso e bem localizado, e o atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. No entanto, as condições internas do imóvel deixaram a desejar.
O anúncio da Trip.com não informava a ausência de televisor no apartamento. Ao questionar a empresa responsável, fui informado de que essa informação constava em outra plataforma. Porém, minha reserva foi feita exclusivamente pela Trip.com, o que não justifica a omissão.
Para maior conforto e praticidade dos hóspedes, destaco os seguintes problemas encontrados:
1. Mobiliário danificado:a mesa está bastante deteriorada e uma das cadeiras está com a perna solta;
2. Itens de higiene incompletos: não foram disponibilizadas toalhas de rosto e sabonetes;
3. Ruído: há uma obra em andamento ao lado do prédio, causando barulho constante.
4. Problemas de higiene: presença de baratas circulando pelo apartamento;
5. Itens faltantes: ausência de xícaras, ducha no banheiro e televisor.
Enviei fotos documentando os problemas à empresa responsável, mas a única providência prometida foi o conserto da cadeira.
