環境不錯，背靠小山不遠處就是龍川。離縣城很近，離胡老祖宅不遠，適合古城古村閑逛，停車也方便。一樓大廳很寬敞，也適合午後閑坐發呆。 房間設施挺新，乾淨衞生，簡約舒適。一次性用品和洗護用品的品質都不錯，也有準備小朋友用的拖鞋和牙刷。有免費提供當地特產的茶葉“金山時雨”，很有特色。 服務人員都挺熱情，給免費升級了套房。 早餐是按份給的，有面，雞蛋，水果，酸奶和當地特色小吃，但兩天都一樣，不適宜吃很多天，一份25，價格還可以。 唯一建議改進的是，帶小朋友的家庭要特別安排房間，衞生間浴室是開放式的，異性家長用起來不方便。

民宿是新開的，很乾凈。硬件設施各方面都不錯。 但必須要吐槽一下： 我訂的房間名字是知行，3樓的房間。入住的時候給了我2樓最裡麪的那間，既然你們辦入住隨便給房也不看訂的名字，為什麼還要讓客人自己選呢？還是我原本訂的房已經給了別人了？ 我是退房的時候才發現的，隔壁房間的雙床房比我的大，並且還有個桌子。所以雙床房的房型並不是完全一樣的，有大有小，所以亂給房間就更過分了！ 攜程上所有雙床房的圖片都是一樣的，建議把每間房的實物圖拍一下，如果做不到的話，就不要按照名字來訂房！如果按照名字來訂房，就該給到相應的房間，這是重要的細節！
