One of the nearest hotels to the Jiuzaigou national park. I find it funny to see disposable towels are provided.

Location was very convenient, very near to the Jiuzhaigou attraction main entrance. Many food places and convenience stores around the area.

Good hotel ,convient and The hotel location is great closed to the entran of Juizhaigou scenics spot just a 10 minute walk to the Juizhaigou park entrance , tlThe bed and pillows are comfortable.This place offers a service and hygine environmen that is satfactory us a lots The hotel staff may not be a good englis but since checking into the hotel the staff at front desk is very helpful, she had good service mind , up grade our room and also she was introduce us a delicious local restaurant near by the hotel , I really recommended this hotle.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The location is about 15 mins walking distance from the national park main gate. The staff is very helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend to others 👍🏻👍🏻

Location wise it is good - can walk to the national park and many eateries. Cleanliness is poor - dusty, hair in the toilet traps, empty water bottles under the sofa. Poor amenities - using disposable towels, lack of toilet papers (they do provide tissue papers), no place to hang clothes in the toilet and leaking roof.

Where do I even start. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Its fantastic. Right in the middle of the scenic tourist area and less than 15 minutes walk away from Jiuzhai National Park. Dozens of shops and food options within 5 minutes walk away. Now the bad points. The wooden floor panels near the toilet were starting to peel off, probably due to exposure with water. The whole toilet layout was also weird and cramped. The windows look like it hasn't been cleaned for months. While the room and bed appear clean during check-in, the room service staff didn't bother to clean the bed and floor during our 2 night stay. There were still stains on them. She only topped up the amenities. The towels provided were of the disposable kind, and even then, they were small for adults. What kind of 3-star hotel use disposable towels. The kettle was rusty and the inside was stained. Absolutely disgusting. The walkway near the elevator leading to the rooms was dark. There was no lighting at all. So was the stairwell. The carpet along the corridor also looked filthy and look like it hasn't been cleaned for several months. I really do not get how this hotel can be regarded as a 3 star hotel. Its unfit. Definitely avoid booking a room here.

The receptionist was helpful and nice to us and the location is near to restaurants and convenient shops. The room is also spacious but the toilet doesn't have a heater so it was very cold in there.

The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful. As you know tickets and transportation going and back to Jiu Zhai Gou is extremely difficult. When we had problems with ours the hotel owners helped us all through out with buying bus tickets and van rentals. Thank you so much to 老板 for all the help!

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and they open till late. Room itself is basic but no complaints there. Beds were very comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot water. The staff were really kind, and offered to send us to our bus pickup point.

The room is clean and lovely. The staff is very helpful, they support us to books car and tours. The venue is close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area so that we could walk to it easily. There’re also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended, would comeback again!
