馬桶臟，噁心。
櫃子裏的被子，一看就是客人睡過後一扔回去，沒清潔的那種。
洗手間裏連放捲紙的盒子都沒有，直接放在洗漱台上。房間裏沒有抽紙，以為是忘記放了，結果就是不提供。
洗澡間裏沒有暖氣，好在這幾天沒辣麼冷，不然不知道怎麼洗澡。
唯一優點是安靜。
之前看差網評有人説的和我入住的感受完全一樣，完全不建議入住。

除了大姐服務挺好滿意，別的真的太一般了説是給我們升了房，屋裡燈很暗，沒有梳子和水也沒有紙巾，感覺很潮住完渾身癢，不過九寨溝倒是挺美！

訂房前看原來客人評論酒店老闆人很實在熱情，所以預訂了該酒店。來之前和老闆聯繫請幫着找車到機場接機，老闆馬上給我聯繫好接機車，順利到達酒店。酒店離九寨溝景區很近，步行十多分鐘就可到九寨溝景區。酒店房間寬敞乾淨衞生，床褥柔軟舒適，老闆很貼心的給客人提供了一個泡腳盆和泡腳葯，景區遊玩回來熱水泡個腳非常解乏。老闆很熱情的解答怎麼到景區遊玩，避免了走冤枉路。老闆還幫着代買九寨千古情演出的優惠票，靠前排座位看的很清楚，這次到九寨溝遊玩非常開心舒暢，下次來玩還住這家酒店。

實話：由於酒店修建時間比較早，設施目前已經比較陳舊。但老闆王哥説已經在翻新，明年就能全部提檔升級了，現在一樓兩間房已經是全新的。酒店位置很好，就在藏王廣場對面，步行到景區門口10多分鐘，很方便。周圍吃吃喝喝玩玩的地方也很多，啥子商鋪都有。雖然酒店比較久，但衞生做得特別好，這一點尤其得表揚一下👍
最讓我感到舒服的是：從王老闆開始到下面的服務員嬢嬢姐姐妹妹，都非常和善友好，特別熱情。由於我今晚要趕往黃龍，老闆還一直給我出主意避坑指南。
王老闆還把自家屋頭長的新鮮核桃，李子免費放在前台客人隨便吃，當然還有免費暢供的氂牛酸奶👍
講真：以王老闆為代表的當地人，絕大部分都非常純樸善良，熱情友好樂於助人…當然，前提是你得尊重別人，做一枚友好善良守規矩的遊客。
哦，還忘了一個細節：他家每個房間都給客人準備了乾淨標準的泡腳桶，放了兩包“藏紅花”泡腳粉～你想想看，哪個遊客白天不是走了一二萬步，回到酒店，燒壺開水泡個腳腳，這是啥感覺？！
離開告別時，王老闆熱情想送，我也以後再來必住他家“浮雲居酒店”
