Overall very good. The only thing is that the hotel is next to a busy road so it's a bit noisy and that the shower takes a while to get hot.

床單沒換，沒有熱水，全家都罵，老闆説（她説她是打工的）是熱水，手摸着冰水是熱水，我這是十天前定的要不是下雨，怎麼都要給你退了，旁邊那個***還説讓她退，她退不了，今天閑下來給你寫幾句，不知道你拽啥？我攜程住店20年第一次碰到你們這樣的，給你曝曝光，你要是敢騷擾我，我直接攜程投訴你

房間乾淨，老闆熱情，有很大的停車場，建築很有特色，半夜一點鐘才到老闆還等着，從客棧去景區也很方便，晚上很安靜。

第一次來九寨溝，孩子有點高反，老闆問孩子是不是太陽穴疼，還給我們送了可樂緩解高反，還問了好幾次需不需要送醫院，給老闆點贊👍

雖然訂的是最便宜的閣樓房，但是該有的都有，設施很齊全，城裡麪現在基本沒有閣樓了，這個閣樓住着很有特色也很温馨
