設施：酒店大堂、房間內部都挺好的，發資料贈送的水果很好吃！
衞生：很乾凈，不錯。
環境：挺好的，房間很大，隔音也好，睡得很踏實酒店內部還有可以點餐的餐廳。
服務：前台服務很到位，好會詳細介紹酒店內部的各種訊息，我記不清是哪位女員工了（808號？還是08號？），我們定的大床房，還特地幫我們升級了家庭房，非常感謝！前台的男服務員也很到位，會領我們到房間（酒店有大部分客房和前台不在一個樓內，需要通過走廊到達）。

We had a memorable 1-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, and we love the floor cushion n low table area where we can chill and enjoy the complimentary fruits and snacks. We would love to stay for longer if not for our tight travel. The hotel location was just next to mini-mart and restaurants. The breakfast was a spread as well.

酒店新裝修，而且前台小哥幫我們升級了房型，帶露台，很棒。停車場師傅也認真負責，告知第二天打車比開過去好，畢竟停車場到檢票口還有很長的距離。早餐特棒，有酥油茶，自製，可以嚐嚐。房間還贈送蘋果，小點心，那個雙麻酥好吃😋

酒店不錯，也給我們升了精緻房，早餐也挺豐富的。就是離溝口有一段距離，平時沒事，但是遇上旺季，要了命了，早晚堵車得厲害。從黃龍到酒店兩個來小時的車程，硬生生堵成4個小時。就是從溝口到酒店幾公里的路，因為拖着行李不方便走，衹能坐車上，結果車子堵了一個多小時。 4:00的車，晚上8點才到酒店，這一段實在太心塞了。還不如住在離得遠，但是打車方便的地方。

位置挺好，離景區步行20來分鐘，打車就幾分鐘，早上出發去九寨溝風景區酒店幫忙喊車，5元一個人拼車。房間夠大乾淨，洗澡水又大又熱，舒服。早餐太豐富，品質很好，酒店沒有中餐，提供晚餐，晚餐好吃不貴，並且可以點小份，兩個人點了兩個葷菜小份和一個小菜，份量兩個人吃足夠了，結賬102元，真夠便宜的，也沒去外面找吃的啦，天天晚餐都在酒店解決了。九寨溝真漂亮，酒店也非常舒服，連住了4晚，慢慢玩九寨溝。下次再來還住這裏

首日入住歡迎水果:尚可，蘋果有個洞，應該是戳到了，應該沒有壞，橙子有點皺，不新鮮，這個入住率不應該出現不新鮮水果，但是聊勝於無，還可以。
早餐：種類挺豐富的，酥油茶好喝，早餐點贊👍🏻
設施：比較完善。
環境：酒店挺大的。
衞生：雖然燈光昏暗，但還是能看到角落處很多灰層。
服務：其他尚可的説完該吐槽一下服務了，毫無服務可言😑訂之前諮詢讓我自己攜程上看，去當天因為路上塞車堵了6個小時12點左右才下車致電説明情況也沒一個好的指引，已經説明瞭很累、很晚、一個人拖着行李這種情況怎麼去酒店，説是幾分鐘到，實際需要走十幾分鍾，還不如指引客人打車。去到也沒有人幫拿行李，已經排着隊不曉得為什麼先處理外國友人的入住，辦理完入住也不會幫忙拿行李到房間（此時是12點多沒有其他客人了🙂）説是可以拼車到溝口退房時問前台，前台指引到對面，到了對面又説需要等很久建議自己打車🤷♀️反正全程沒有感受到任何四星服務，比三星還差。

房間寬敞安靜。入住免費提供零食水果。氂牛鍋很不錯，兩人份的量也很足。酒店服務特別好。餐廳兩位孃孃忙前忙後，特別感謝。她們工號應該是020和027，希望沒有記錯。還要謝謝前台行李房小哥，回酒店拿行李的時候趕上大面積堵車。他主動到外面幫忙看能不能有車。十分感謝

雖然價格不菲，但值得。
位置：離溝口2.5公里，早上可以通過酒店合作的車隊去溝口，5元一人。
早餐豐富，6：30就開餐了，適合一早進溝的住客，很貼心。
服務不錯。前台服務都很不錯。免費給我升級了房型。
