Good hotel. They provide shuttle from the bus station to the hotel when you arrive. In the morning, there is breakfast at the hotel restaurant and they also provide the shuttle to jiuzhaigou national park. The front desk is very helpful and can answer many questions about the area. There is very good service from this hotel. I highly recommend it. The restaurant in the evenings is quality as well.

這家民宿是周邊民宿中最洋氣的一家，老闆是年輕人，很能幹！酒店離景區有幾公里距離，但是可以提前預約接送，來回都省心了，這點非常好！酒店早餐在藏式餐廳，簡簡單單的可以吃飽！九寨溝真的太美了，好吃好玩住的好，我們一家人都挺滿意！

一家不錯的民宿，房間設施很新、很乾凈。我們一家三口訂的是家庭房，機器貓的床品讓我家大朋友又回到了童年。雖然位置離景區有點距離，但每日的接送安排還是蠻到位的，減少了後顧之憂。頂層的露台還是能看得到雲霧繚繞，雲捲雲舒，在此小憩片刻還是不錯滴。

前台服務拉低整體體驗
抵達民宿時較晚，想問清楚住宿注意事項，前台人員語氣極其不耐煩。從路線諮詢到問題反饋，前台全程都表現出愛搭不理。
我們的消費項目裏包含了接送景點服務，遊覽完聯繫司機來景區門口接送，結果要求我們走路了40多分鐘走到很遠的路邊上車，其實都差不多走回名宿了，體驗感極差。司機推薦了我們去吃藏餐晚餐，被坑死了，沒什麼東西吃不説，食物也不是新鮮食才。
有一説一，房間裏的環境衞生還是不錯的。
