My family and I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse(it's not a hotel but very similar to it) in Jiuzhaigou! The room was very clean and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the beautiful scenery.
What truly stood out was the excellent service—the hostess was incredibly kind and even personally took us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park! She provided a clear map (p3) that showed us where is worth to visit in JiuZhaiGou. Her warmth and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable.
I highly recommend this homestay to both local and international travelers. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou!

一家人來九寨溝玩，選了蘆葦海庭院民宿，體驗不錯😊房間寬敞乾淨，佈置温馨，設施一應俱全。民宿外觀很有藏族特色，周邊景色美如畫，大人孩子都玩得開心。服務人員熱情周到，幫忙規劃遊玩路線，還推薦了美食，就像在家一樣舒適自在，晚上還可以參加篝火晚會。總而言之，這次旅行給我的體驗非常好，對這家民宿強烈推薦

衞生：十分差，不但有蜘蛛，居然還有上個客人留下的內內
服務：十分差，答應好早上8點派車送到景區，等了1個多小時都沒見到車和人，耽擱我們的遊玩，事後居然一個道歉都沒有。

因為擔心逛完九寨溝會很累，換住宿還要重新整理床單被罩，而且帶着大件行李很麻煩就選擇了續住。
但是老闆並沒有補充一次性用品和水，整個過程前台基本見不到人
衞生間的馬桶，套了一次性用品都是外漏的，沒有辦法進行很好的使用如圖一
燒水壺是生銹且壞的，拿起來準備燒水，就是壞的，如 圖二
隔音特別差，一大早別的房間吹風機的聲音特別吵，根本無法睡。
衞生間洗漱台跟臟，放東西之前需要自己進行再次清理。
服務態度和黃山、宏村等比起來差的不是一星半點呢

給良心店家點個贊👍！我們從高鐵站打車過來的出租車，一路上向我們推銷東西，還以找不到酒店位置為由想帶我們到其他酒店住。萬幸沒有聽司機的，180一位的篝火晚會門票，民宿是免費免費免費！！民宿老闆推薦的飯館和旅拍也很平價！建議來九寨溝玩，一切都自己在網上搞定，或者向民宿老闆諮詢。路邊拉客的千萬不要理，出租車司機也不要理，套路太多了！

房間好 便宜又乾淨 衞生 舒適 房間也有很多風格 離景區門口很近 晚上的篝火晚會是亮點！老闆組織了藏族歌舞表演，大家圍在一起跳舞唱歌，特別熱鬧。孩子玩得特別開心，是一次難忘的體驗！ 還能瞭解當地的民風民俗以及風土人情 最主要老闆娘太熱情了到停車場來接 還給我們介紹九寨溝的人文歷史 次行九寨之旅非常值得去👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

位置：停車很方便，門口很大一個停車場，導航方便；服務：熱情，老闆會推薦周邊飲食，早上不忙的時候還可以送到景區；衞生：房間很大，乾淨，裝修中規中矩，但衞生很乾凈。設施：房間內一次性用品齊全，大廳還有燒水器和微波爐。老闆贈送了景區內的藏裝旅拍體驗，時間不夠就沒有去了。
